Love the lake front and close to everything. Golf course just 5 minutes drive. 7 minutes to Downtown Lincoln City with all majority dinners and stores. Outlet malls just 20 minutes drive. Very peaceful neighborhood to wake up to and enjoy home make coffee from built in Miele coffee maker and life can not be better while watching the birds come and goes by :)
