It’s centrally located within Greeley with local shops, restaurants, family entertainment, two nearby golf courses, and Walmart just minutes away. Pheasant Run Park is within walking distance, along with plenty of shopping options close by. Downtown Greeley is only four miles away, where you can enjoy local favorites like the Ice Haus, Greeley Train Musium, Arts Picnic, Friday Fest Downtown, Monster Day, Oktobrewfest, and the Greeley Stampede during the summer. Plus, Estes Park and Denver are both about an hour away, making this a perfect home base for both everyday living and weekend adventures.
