Family vacation trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property is a great getaway. The house was a perfect fit for family fun. Beds were comfortable, showers awesome, game room was a lot of fun, indoor pool was added fun. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool in the resort. Could it use some upgrades? Sure! But renters needed to take care of it just as well as the owners. Our only issue was the refrigerator was leaking. We didn’t call to notify them while there because we had all our food in before we noticed it was leaking. We used towels to keep it clean . Best part was seeing the bears daily walk by the windows. Overall it’s a great location into Gatlinburg. We will return!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear the home was such a great fit for your family getaway and that everyone enjoyed the comfortable beds, awesome showers, game room, indoor pool, and community pool. We especially appreciate your comments about caring for vacation homes. These properties are meant to be enjoyed, and guests who treat them with the same care they would their own home truly make a difference. We're sorry to hear about the refrigerator leak and wish we'd had the opportunity to address it during your stay. Thank you for taking such care to keep the area clean despite the inconvenience. We'll make sure our maintenance team follows up on it. And seeing bears stroll past the windows every day sounds like the perfect finishing touch to a Smoky Mountain vacation! We're so glad you enjoyed the home, the convenient Gatlinburg location, and all those memorable wildlife visits. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We're thrilled to hear you'll be returning and look forward to welcoming your family back for another great getaway!

Great Amenities, but Several Maintenance Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed several things about our stay, especially the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and cooking utensils, which made preparing meals easy. We also enjoyed the outdoor community pool and grilling area. However, there were several maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The hot water heater was leaking in the basement and the water was going into the pool. The pool table also needs repairs. The pocket on the side does not properly hold the balls, and one ball fell through and almost went over the edge. Someone was standing downstairs directly below, so this could have resulted in a serious injury. The covering on the pool table is turn in a couple of places. The air hockey table did not work at all.The floor in the primary bathroom also needs repair, as it is separating. These issues took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay and should be addressed for the safety and comfort of future guests.Overall, we appreciated the amenities and enjoyed our time at the property, but the maintenance and safety concerns need attention.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad you enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor pool and grilling area. We appreciate you letting us know about the water heater during your stay. Our team had it evaluated, and the technician determined that the repair would require replacement of the unit. Since this involves more extensive work, the replacement is now being coordinated. The homeowner is also working directly with a vendor to address the bathroom flooring. We are very sorry to hear that you also had issues with the pool table and air hockey table. We've asked our maintenance team to inspect both and take care of what is needed. If something isn't working as expected during a stay, our team is always happy to come out and help whenever possible. We're glad you enjoyed your time at the home overall and appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We hope your next getaway is an even better one!

Great Place to Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only problem was we could not watch NBA finals on their TV
VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2026 年 6 月 26 日)
Thank you for the wonderful 5-star review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the TV service during the NBA Finals. We understand how disappointing it can be to miss a big game while on vacation. While all of the various subscription-based streaming services and live sports packages are not included, our TVs do allow guests to sign in to their personal streaming accounts, such as Hulu, Prime Video, YouTube TV, and others that may carry live sporting events. You will, of course, want to remember to log out before check-out. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We hope to welcome you back for another great getaway soon, one that exceeds all expectations!
