Excellent views

Very clean and well kept property. Bed was a little firm, but tolerable. Had issues with Wifi, but maintenance responded within a couple hours and replaced the modem later that day. Excellent response from support staff.

The location was great, right in the middle of Okaloosa Island. The beach there is perfect for us. The beach service was as described, and the attendant was friendly and helpful. The condo was fine and as described. The balcony had a wonderful view of the beach and gulf. The only drawback was that it (and all the other balconies) was somewhat shallow. The table and four chairs felt cramped. However, we had not planned on spending much time on the balcony anyway. The bedroom was okay, the "master" bath was fine. We did not use the second bath. The kitchen was as expected and functional. The provided pots, pans, and utensils were as expected. The unit was clean overall. The biggest negative was the door lock. The original had obviously been replaced with an electronic lock, which is good. However, there was a large open space above the electronic lock which allowed anything to get inside. We were able to stop the hole temporarily with tissues, but Vacasa needs to remedy this soon. The parking worked very well for us. There is a parking garage which has a connection to the third floor. There were carts provided which made unloading and loading much easier. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay!
