This is a newly renovated Gulf front condo situated in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach, Florida and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests. Relax on the private, walk~out patio with an ice cold beverage and enjoy some of the most breathtaking sunsets you will ever experience. This charming retreat is the perfect spot for a couple or a small family but if you are vacationing with another group and need extra space you may also rent Unit 1A, the unit conveniently located above Unit 1B.



What’s Nearby:

Blue Mountain Beach offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while being conveniently close to superb shopping and dining venues in neighboring Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside. Enjoy a delicious Ice Cream from nearby family owned and run Blue Mountain Beach Creamery or traditional Irish fare at Johnny McTighe’s Irish Pub. Both are within walking distance of this vacation home!

Breath Taking

Love the location of this property. Amazing views and beautiful condo layout/decor. Both ceiling fans and the furniture in the living were dirty and probably need replacing soon from normal wear and tear from vacationers. Other than that, this place is amazing. We’d stay here again even with those minor flaws.

It would have liked to be informed about the construction Bridge connecting blue mountain to Grayson Beach was completely closed Down and had to take long way around. Places sss great. Please inform especially people Who want to bike ride.

Just a couple of issues

Love the condo and especially back porch area on beach. Could not get any TV to work. Living room TV has 3 remotes....might be nice to have instructions. On our last day here, lockbox malfunctioned and we had to enter thru sliding glass door. Not sure how your cleaning staff will be able to enter to clean for next traveler.

Great Location but furnishing could use an update

We love the convenience of Blue Mountain Beach. So easy to get to with no major traffic issues. This property gave us everything we needed. Easy beach access, beautiful beach/water view, chair service, etc…. Our only thoughts are the furnishings could use an update. The couch and chair in the living room were soiled. We simply covered them with sheets but would think you shouldn’t have to do that when you are paying the fair market rate per night to rent a place. The bed mattress was soiled as well. However, we did not notice that until we stripped the bed upon departure. Probably should consider a new mattress and plastic liner. Parking wasn't a problem for us because we only had 1 vehicle. If you party will have more than one vehicle keep in mind there is only one designated parking spot for this unit. Upstairs neighbors can be a little noisy at times. I would not let the few negative comments keep you from renting this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maybe the owner will consider these few updates. If not, you will still love being on the beach!!! Safe travels.

Location, location, location!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 elementary aged children) stayed here for spring break. We were VERY pleased with the location - quiet area but still close to Watercolor and Seaside. The condo is directly on the beach, with a closet full of beach gear available for use - huge pluses. Walking distance to Blue Mt Creamery, Blue Mt Bakery, etc. Price is great in comparison with other spots. We truly enjoyed our stay, but if I have to point out a couple of things that weren’t perfect, the bathroom is small with dated fixtures, and we could hear footsteps of the people in the condo above. Neither of those would stop us from renting here again, though! Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We absolutely loved the location of this unit. Right on the beach with very easy access points. Beach service right there if you wanted it. Walking distance to several restaurants & shops. My only 2 complaints—the bunk beds had dirty sheets (when I turned the comforters back the sheets were covered in sand) and something in the utility closet was very loud. Didn’t bother us during the day but it was definitely a nuisance at night since I’m a pretty light sleeper. Not sure if it was the hot water heater or AC; I’m assuming AC since it got noisy every 30 minutes or so. Other than that it was a great spot. Perfect size for our little family of 3 and other than the bunks it was clean.

Two day visit to Blue Beach Mountain

The property is showing its age but is clean and in a wonderful location. The sliding glass doors to the beach seem to be permanently shut, perhaps as a safety measure, but getting to the patio therefore requires exiting the parking lot side of the property and using the beach access gate.

Quick escape from the Atlanta snow

My wife and I found the apartment to be perfect for a couple of days escape from the winter weather in Atlanta. The apartment is on the beach; it's a great location and very peaceful. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well stocked with the basics. The bed was comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for a more. We are looking forward to returning in the future.
