The full kitchen comes ready for home cooking with a full suite of major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The private balcony is perfect for sipping a morning cup of coffee or a sunset cocktail. The spacious primary bedroom includes a 40 inch smart TV for added entertainment options. A built-in hallway bunk nook is great for kids to have their own space.

This property is part of the Beachside Condos, a Gulf-front complex in Seagrove with a private boardwalk that leads to the beach. You'll be across the street from several shops, eateries, and recreational outfitters that rent bikes and kayaks.

THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: 1 spot per unit. No assigned spot, can park in any spot.

Golf cart rentals are allowed. You can rent a gas powered golf cart and utilize your 1 parking space OR rent a battery powered golf cart rental across the street at Butterfly Bike and Kayak and park/charge there.

This rental is located on floor 2. No elevator onsite.

Sorry, HOA does not allow pets.

Our stay at Blue Breeze was a wonderful experience. The condo is beautiful and comfortable and the host was very communicative throughout our stay. We never had any issues while there, but would have had no concern having issues addressed if one did pop up as the host regularly checked in to make sure we were all set. My favorite part about staying here is that it has private access to the beach only available to units within this complex so whereas other areas of beach along the water were packed, our area was never overwhelming making it a great place to relax. Overall, a wonderful 30A experience and we would definitely stay here again.

An amazing location right next to a beautiful beach area. Great parking. Host was very helpful and had great coffee and food recommendations. Kiddo loved the bunk bed. Good water pressure. Would come back!

Amazing Location and Great Decor

We had an amazing stay. The condo was so well done and had all the amenities you could think of. Having the beach towels and beach chairs was a huge plus. The kitchen has all that you need to prepare most anything you want. We loved the decor.

Perfect Property

We stayed here as a family of 4 for a quick summer getaway and it was so nice. The property manager is very responsive and it’s conveniently located on 30A. Steps to the beach and quick access to anything you want or need in seaside. The condo is clean and they had (extra towels which is always nice). Definitely plan on coming back!

Great spot - will be back!

We’ve stayed lots of places along 30A, and this was our family’s favorite spot. The location is perfect. Beach access is quick. The beach chair service was a game changer, and not having to rent bikes saved so much headache. My kids loved having the pool to end their day at the beach, and because of the proximity to the beach and pool, we felt safe letting them walk back to the condo for bathroom breaks or to refill snacks. The condo itself was decorated beautifully and exactly as pictured. Chelsea was a great and attentive host, and even little things like the bunk beds and king size bed were comfortable. This will definitely be our new spot we continue to visit along 30A.

Quaint condo on beach

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. We loved it was right on the beach. The upgrades to the condo were beautiful. The only issues we had were that the bathroom sink wouldn't drain one day, but my husband eventually got it drained. The air conditioner vent also dripped in the kitchen.

Excellent Find!

This place is wonderful! It's right near everything you'd want to be close to on 30A, Seaside, The Hub, Water-Color, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, all are very close. The Condo is 100% updated - everything is brand new inside. The private beach is about 20 yards from the front door to the stairs. Convenient is a great description - it was just my wife and I and we had plenty of room at the oversized kitchen island to spread-out and catch up on some email or put the i-pad out. The balcony was nice to sit out at the end of the day or over coffee. This was a great unit - we have stayed on 30A many times, but we'll look for this gem first in the future.

Hated the rug in living area easy to trip over. I put a bar stool on corner of the rug that help. Over all it was okay.

We had complications

There was a fan with remote in main living space. It would wake us up nightly(beeping and lights on/off). Beeping lights going off and on. Reported this to property manager but unfortunately their handy man couldn’t respond.

Thanks again for staying with us! We try not to disturb your vacation and take care of any issues as quickly as possible. We tell guests they don’t need to wait around so they can continue to enjoy their vacation. He said he put the fan remote on a different channel to prevent any more interference. I don’t realize you missed each other, but checked back to make sure it wasn’t giving you anymore issues and you confirmed.
