The Space:

Between easy beach access, a fantastic location, and resort perks like shared heated pools and a hot tub, this condo is the perfect home base for your next Gulf getaway! You'll be moments from all the sights in Panama City Beach, with soft sands practically right outside your door.



Located at a majestic beach resort on Front Beach Road, this condo is a quick drive from downtown for restaurants and family-friendly attractions like Wonderworks and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. You'll also be minutes from Gulf World and the Pier Park Mall.



Sugar-white sands and gentle waves await at the beach, only a few steps from the building. After a dip in the pool or the hot tub, enjoy the oceanfront view from your condo's balcony. Share the scenery with the free WiFi or unwind with cable on the bedroom's TV. At dinnertime, the kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up delicious home-cooked meals.



Things to Know

Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.

Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.

Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

We stayed at the Majestic in Panama City Beach for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding, and our condo could not have been more perfect. We had three families traveling together, and everyone agreed that we had the best room of all.The condo was beautiful, very well decorated, and spotless. The beds were comfortable and cozy, and the whole place felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. I have to mention the couch — it was the best couch I’ve ever sat on, and my entire family loved it. Our condo had the best shower pressure that we have ever experienced. The balcony was clean with plenty of seating. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for the whole crew. We also appreciated the extra fans, plenty of towels, and all the thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and comfortable.10 stars.

We had a great 5 day vacation in this top floor unit and will consider returning. There are 3 elevators available, and we never had a wait for more than maybe a minute - we were there right after Labor Day, so it wasn't during peak season. The view from the unit was great! Beautiful beach down below. We really enjoyed the resort and what it had to offer. The parking was arranged before we arrived and there were no issues.The unit itself was nice and comfortable. The host communications with us were great. The kitchen had all the needed items. The baths had lots of towels and the amenities were nice. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because the unit does need some TLC, it just didn't seem to warrant a 5 star rating. Some noted items that didn't detract from our enjoyment, but did influence my rating: The interior pictures showed a sectional couch unit with a chaise on one end - the chaise was not there during our rental. The front door, which gives the first impression, needs to be cleaned and painted. The kitchen cabinets have a white RTF type laminate finish, and it is peeling up on some of the edges and not all the doors close fully or line up. The dryer probably has a clogged vent - it works but we could only dry like 4 t-shirts at a time or else it wouldn't dry them. The secondary bedroom mattress has a bit of a 'ditch' in the middle. The master bedroom has what appears to be a sheet attached to the mini blinds to apparently try to block some of the light shining in.
