The Space:

This Miramar Beach condo is the ideal home base for one or two families or a group of friends who want a beachside getaway in the Florida sun. You'll have access to amenities like a shared pool, hot tub, sauna, and tennis, as well as on-site golf and partial ocean views.



You'll be situated off Scenic Highway 98 West on the Florida Panhandle between Choctawatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Walk to the beach and restaurants, and when you want to explore, do some fishing, dolphin watching, or parasailing. Charter a boat, take a group tour, or hit the shops and galleries for souvenirs to take home for yourself and your friends.

Beautiful Beach Condo

I loved the condo, it had easy access to the beach. They had a restaurant on the first floor that made it easy for us to go downstairs and get a bite especially the sushi was buy one get one free from 4-6. Me and my family enjoyed our stay.

The location and property was good for an enjoyable vacation. The only improvements would be the elevator efficiency and hot water regulation.

Amazing!!

My family and I loved it. Corner unit with a good view of the beach just across the street. The condo had more than enough space for us and came fully equipped to meet our needs. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance or short drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice!

This property was very nice. Very spacious. Would definitely stay there again. We had to be relocated from another condo that was not so good. Definitely an upgrade. Wish I would of chosen this property first.

Everything was good but they need to address the parking problem and slowness of elevators or install more. There is not enough parking for the big of a place.

great location

property was updated and had a great location, not as clean as I would have liked especially in master bathroom. One of the toilets did not flush good. Overall I would stay there again, just would get those minor things fixed

It was a great last minute trip!

Everything was as it said. The view isn't amazing but still had a beach view! My husband and myself brought our 13 yr daughter and her friend, our 15 yr old son and his friend. Plenty of room for everyone. I liked going to the lobby and walking to the beach. The Skywalk has a lot of steps. They enjoyed the pool, tennis and basketball court. Everything was clean. Nice bdrms all w their own bathrooms was nice.

Outdated and stains everywhere

The pictures of the condo were the very reason we rented this particular one. Unfortunately the dirty details ruined it for us, the carpet was stained throughout the condo, the bedroom with the double beds was in needing of updating, painting and repair, as was the bathroom in that room. Walls and ceilings in need of patching and painting as well. The kitchen was nice and the living room furniture nice.

Lobby and Corridors are not clean

This huge multi floor building setting is not ideal during Covid times. Lobby, Elevator and Corridors are not clean. Lobby and Elevator is mostly crowded. People are not wearing masks. Beach is over crowded.

Very nice property - would stay here again

Beautiful, recently updated condo across the street from the beach. Nice views of water from spacious balconies. Good value relative to comparable units. We would definitely stay here again. Just 3 quirks of note. 1. We had to buy plastic hangers. Only 3 or 4 total in closets when we moved in. 2. The condo is in a beautiful area, but security is lacking during overnight hours. (No one at front desk/easy entry to building.) 3. Hot water in shower was great, but very slow to get warm in bathroom and kitchen faucets. The building water was shut off for 3 hours one day for scheduled maintenance, but it didn't fix the problem.
