Vibrant condo on the Gulf with pool, fitness room & playground

Summary:

Sterling Sands 805

The Space:

It's all about the view at this colorful Gulf front rental on the Emerald Coast! Prepare meals in your full kitchen, put your feet up and breathe in the salty sea air from your private, furnished balcony, or slip on your pool bands and head downstairs to experience all the on-site, resort amenities including a large, heated pool, fitness room, and an outdoor grilling area. This condo is also just steps from the beach!

This vacation rental is within walking distance of several restaurants ranging from family-friendly breakfasts at the Pancakery and excellent Italian fare from Mimmo's Ristorante Italiano. Explore the 208-acres of Henderson Beach State Park where you can hike the nature trail, photograph native wildlife, fish, or relax on the beach. And for those looking to hit the links, the Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club is just a little over a mile north of this rental.

Things to Know

Elevator in the building.

Beach service is not included. A beach service vendor sits on the beach, and guests that wish to rent from the vendor must go out to the hut and pay them.

This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Property management company was very responsive and communication was excellent. Condo owner association was very strict and staff at the condo rude and unhelpful. Felt like you were always being watched and about to get into trouble. No personal umbrellas or canopies allowed. You have to rent from the vendor and they set up from the waterline back towards the condo. You feel as if you cannot leave your assigned area. The location is convenient with liquor store, pizza place and donuts across the street. Highway in front of condo is high traffic. Would rent from the management company again but would not stay at Sterling sands again. The unit itself was nice but could use a little updating.

Thank you, Amanda, for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that our team was responsive and that you found the condo itself to be nice. We truly strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. We understand how the strict rules and the feeling of being watched can impact your overall experience. It’s important to us that our guests feel relaxed and at home, and we’re sorry to hear that this was not the case during your stay. Your feedback about the condo association and the need for updates is invaluable, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to enhance our properties. We appreciate your willingness to rent from us again, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future. Thank you for choosing Avari, and we wish you all the best in your travels.

we absolutely loved our stay here. The only issue we had was a couple of large grasshoppers and 1 big roach was found roaming in the bedrooms. If they spray for those, it would have been the most perfect experience

Great condo with balcony views of the beach. Great location, only steps to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only negative was the floors were dirty, appeared not mopped. We would stay here again.

Gorgeos View, Very Clean, and Very Convenient

We arrived on monday and the staff was very helpful downstairs. We enjoyed the view from the room and the beach service was amazing. This is truly what a vacation should be like. There is nothing I can complain about in this stay except I wish it was longer. Thank you for sharing this condo with us on our family vacation.
