The Space:

It's all about the view at this colorful Gulf front rental on the Emerald Coast! Prepare meals in your full kitchen, put your feet up and breathe in the salty sea air from your private, furnished balcony, or slip on your pool bands and head downstairs to experience all the on-site, resort amenities including a large, heated pool, fitness room, and an outdoor grilling area. This condo is also just steps from the beach!



This vacation rental is within walking distance of several restaurants ranging from family-friendly breakfasts at the Pancakery and excellent Italian fare from Mimmo's Ristorante Italiano. Explore the 208-acres of Henderson Beach State Park where you can hike the nature trail, photograph native wildlife, fish, or relax on the beach. And for those looking to hit the links, the Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club is just a little over a mile north of this rental.



Things to Know

Elevator in the building.

Beach service is not included. A beach service vendor sits on the beach, and guests that wish to rent from the vendor must go out to the hut and pay them.

This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

we absolutely loved our stay here. The only issue we had was a couple of large grasshoppers and 1 big roach was found roaming in the bedrooms. If they spray for those, it would have been the most perfect experience

WOW! This place is AWESOME!

A great property in a good location. Just as advertised!

Taking the 3 yr old great granddaughter to the beach.

The property was clean and very well stocked. Close to everything we needed. Wonderful size for a small child to walk around in without bumping into everything.

Love Love Love this condo

Great condo with balcony views of the beach. Great location, only steps to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only negative was the floors were dirty, appeared not mopped. We would stay here again.

We arrived on monday and the staff was very helpful downstairs. We enjoyed the view from the room and the beach service was amazing. This is truly what a vacation should be like. Clean, short walk to the beach

What more do I say? It’s the shortest walk to the beach I have ever had. It was clean, guards were friendly. No issues at all. Most convenient place to stay in Destin.

Great for families with teenagers!

This was perfect for our family! Our teenaged kids were able to go to the souvenir shops, play mini golf, ride go karts, and eat where they wanted which meant we could relax and do what we wanted without driving all over Destin. We had direct beach access and a great view. The only suggestions is adding black out curtains to the master bedroom and a Keurig (thankfully I brought mine). Overall I would stay here again!
