The Space:

Located just a short walk from the beach, this serene, second-floor condo is a terrific option for that next family vacation or couples retreat to the Panhandle. Here you'll find an open layout with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, tables and chairs both indoors and out, and a sunlit living room that opens out to a furnished balcony that overlooks the adjacent tennis courts. You also have complimentary internet access, cooling central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer to keep those swimsuits fresh, clean, and ready for the beach!



On-site, splash in the centrally-located pool, soak away your cares in the hot tub, or practice your backhand on the tennis courts.

Room was very nice! Only issues are:No shampoo and body wash in containers in both baths.Master bed closet doors are not attached and are swaying and could come off from top hinges.Shower doors in both baths. Master sways and 2nd bath shower doors stick Everything else great would stay here again Nice trip overall

Great location, needs pest control

The place was in a great location right across the beach. You can view the pool right from the balcony too. The only issue we encountered was that it smelled like dog really bad and we saw a cockroach in the kid’s room.

We were unable to connect to WiFi the entire visit. We reached out several times.There was one bottle of hand soap for the entire condo. There was no shampoo, body wash and conditioner. There was a lack of blankets and pillows. Condo 4133 were parked in our allotted parking spots unpon arrival. They continually blocked us in with their boat trailer. Overall, the condo was clean but did not live up to our expectations.

Property was very nice. Great location. Property was also very clean and had everything we needed. However, there were two families staying at the property. When the first family got there, the gate guard would not let them in because they were not the person that made the reservation, however, they were all on the reservation info, and in fact the property sent a separate email asking me to complete paperwork with the names and ages of all who were staying. I called Vacasa and spoke with a customer representative, she then called over to the property manager and assured me that they would now be allowed to enter the property. When they got there, the gate guard told them that the property manager did call down, but said not to let them on the property. Also, in the VRBO reservation, it said the pet fee was included in our reservation, however, the property gave us another piece of paper, asking us to fill out the paperwork and pay for our pet again. It was a really nice area to stay in and we did enjoy ourselves, it was very quiet and had lots of things to do and a great walking area.

There was a bottle of water left in the cabinet open.... There was socks in the dressing drawer,and all the beds had hair in the sheets not good!!!
