During the construction period, you can expect construction activities will generate significant noise levels throughout the property with limited to no access to units based on work in progress.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we undertake these necessary improvements.



Relax on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning as you take in the sights and sounds of the waterfront. The property features a shared hot tub, sauna, swimming pool, and tennis courts, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation during your stay. Two adult bikes are provided, allowing you to explore the surrounding area easily. Kayak on nearby coastal dune lakes, such as Eastern and Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park, part of the Great Florida Birding Trail.



Step inside this elegant condo to find a modern and well-appointed interior. Entertainment options abound, with four TVs with cable and WiFi to keep you connected throughout your stay. With central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer, you'll have everything at your fingertips to make your stay convenient and enjoyable.



With an elevator for convenience and easy access, this condo is the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway by the sea.

This resort is currently undergoing construction. Building A is open; however, some units have temporary balcony railings in place. Buildings B and C remain under construction, with a projected completion of mid-May, though this timeline may change.



At this time, pool and beach access are closed with no confirmed reopening date. Guests should expect possible construction activity during daytime hours.

Perfect location for our family of three. Steps away from the beach, super convenient with littles. Condo was very well up kept and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from our balcony. Having a pool and chair/umbrella services was a nice bonus! We would highly recommend staying, we will definitely book again.

Long relaxing weekend

Property was described perfectly. My family enjoyed all the amenities and activities. We will definitely be back, longer stay next time!

Property is perfect but Vacasa and La Dolce Vita are awful

The unit is beautifully decorated, perfect location, clean with a great view and amenities. All of the issues were with the property management company that included beach chair service/bike rental company, La Dolce Vita. A few days before check-in we realized Vacasa had not sent us the wristband waiver form to complete. Wristbands are required to access the pool and beach from the condo. I emailed and received the same runaround of no one knowing how to send me the waiver. I finally received it A WEEK later, AFTER we had checked out when we were already back home. We couldn’t find our rental bikes (provided with the unit) and the onsite Vacasa rep told us to go ask “Brennan in the beach chair hut.” Brennan, who did not even look up at us, told us “I don’t do bikes.” Okay. So since he was at the beach chair set up “hut” we asked him if we could reserve chairs for the next day. He said “No.” we found out later it’s first come, first serve. Brennan is an arrogant jerk that shouldn’t have his job. He was equally as rude to others we knew staying in another unit at the property. We watched him kick a woman out of her chair at 4:50 pm because he was ready to be done for the day. Again, the unit is impeccable, but Vacasa and La Dolce Vita made it extremely difficult to have a relaxing vacation. This condo is too amazing to let a terrible property management company ruin it.
