Step into the tranquility and comfort of this welcoming little vacation rental in peaceful Seagrove Beach. Tasteful décor and beautiful views of the lagoon-style pool area, Gulf, and surrounding coastal dunes will make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. First thing: take advantage of the blender to whip up a frosty margarita out on the spacious balcony. Centrally located on 30A with sought after amenities including fitness center, a pool, pickleball courts, and lighted tennis courts, this is a must-see!

Great place to stay

Condo was compact, but roomy at the same time. We really enjoyed our stay. Pool was a short distance and so was the beach. Very convenient to get beach chairs. I definitely recommend to stay here to anyone. Family really enjoyed riding bikes.

Wonderful view, CLEAN space, quiet area, peaceful stay, perfect for the three of us!

We (a mom and two teenage girls) had such a great stay here. The girls loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom…my bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The condo is so well stocked, too…lots of kitchen options, luggage racks…hangers…plenty of towels…the only thing I would recommend to guests staying here is to bring along beach towels…the included umbrella and two chairs service was awesome as were the included bikes (2). Also, bring kitchen basics like condiments, coffee filters for a 10 - 12 cup pot, salt / pepper, parchment paper. Foil…laundry detergent as well. They have cute mini sized dish soap, sponge, and two tabs dishwasher soap and laundry soap…an extra trash bag per can was there as well…one roll of paper towels and one roll Tp per bathroom so you know what is stocked. The pool was so handy and was a beautiful view each day…hot tub was great, too! Beach is just beyond the pool and the water was so blue. The bracelet system was easy…check in with vacasa was simple…we arrived late, so we used our cell phone to call the appropriate number…they gave us the appropriate code to unlock the night box which had one bracelet and parking passes…the code to our door was easy to use…always worked…parking spot was nice when random people didn’t park in it. The first morning I popped over to get our additional bracelets…info for bikes…very helpful vacasa staff…the bikes…be sure to complete the waiver before you get there and include the unit number. I failed to add it and it held us up but not for long once I called. Vacasa was the best property management experience I’ve encountered. All easy and well communicated…lots of texts. Thank you to the condo owners for such a great stay.

The condo was clean and fairly well equipped. Good location. Right across from the pool and very short walk to beach. Nice and easy bike ride to shops and restaurants.

Wonderful experience

First time being to Sea Grove. Loved the area. The room was cozy and comfortable- just as described. Beds were comfy and water pressure was great (those are the 2 things that will make or break a vacation for me.) No complaints here. We brought our bikes to get a little exercise and quickly learned that wasn't necessary. There are literally thousands of bikes available all over the place. Our resort (Dunes of Seagrove) had probably 100 available themselves. Half the people just leisurely ride their bikes from one place to another on the 30A. Each of the beaches/towns had a distinct feel. We loved Watercolor and Seaside, but am really glad we stayed in Seagrove. Seagrove seemed a little less populated.We really enjoyed our time here.

Great condo and resort!

We will definitely come back here! The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. I loved the spacious balcony and while you are not right on the beach you have a nice view of the pool and a glimpse of the beach on either side of a sand dune. The beach was really nice and the condo was close to a bike rental place so we ride bikes around Deer lake and Seagrove. A really comfortable condo!

This is a very nice condo, perfect for a small family.

We were quite comfortable with our 4 grandchildren ages 6, 5, and 15 month twins. The porch was a perfect play space. The owners Phyllis and Jerry are wonderful; they are accessible and helpful.

Thoughtfully put together, thoroughly usable

What a great condo: Lovely and comfortable furnishings, surrounded by thoughtful, artistic decoration that reflects the nearby beach. In the living room and master bedroom, you have a view of the dunes and the gulf — a short walk from the door, with two pools and a hot tub along the way. The beach is gorgeous, with fine white sand and plenty of pelicans and sanderlings early in the year. We were there from January to mid-March 2017. (We’d spent six weeks in a different condo development in 2016, also two bedrooms/two baths with a pool and hot tub, so our delight in this unit is specific — it’s not a case of “Wow! We’re in Florida in the winter!”) The unit has nice light all day long, but is protected by the overhang on a generous, well-furnished balcony. There is room to read, sun bathe, or eat out of the sun’s glare. A reserved, covered parking spot was useful, and, like the unit, the spot is just a few steps from the elevator. There is a fitness room in the nearby office which has three treadmills, a stationary bicycle and a weight machine. The spacious master suite, with its king bed, has a large, private, two-sink full bath (step-in shower and separate, jetted tub), as well as a futon/couch. Good dressers with plenty of space. The guest room, which also has an attached full bath, is set up with two bunk beds, a single bed, and a trundle bed under the lower bunk. Our guests said the set-up comfortable. It was nicely decorated, with original local art. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking gear (even a sharpening steel for the knives), a good dishwasher which we put to daily use, and plenty of dishware, including serving pieces. There is a large dining room table with room to easily serve guests a sit-down dinner, as we frequently did. The washer/dryer is convenient, without requiring a trip outside or down stairs. Everything is right there. We tend toward the persnickety, set in our (correct) ways. We lived in this unit for a hair more than two months, and felt at home. Can’t think of a way to recommend it more.

Terrific Unit

We spent nine thoroughly enjoyable weeks in Unit 103-C. The owners are thoughtful and generous; it’s obvious they furnished the unit with love. The beds are comfortable; the living room and deck commodious. There are dozens of smartly chosen art works, many of them whimsical. (Stella is a hoot.) We like to cook, and have never had a rental kitchen as well supplied as this one. There are plenty of pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc. – and they’re of good quality. Also things you wouldn’t expect, including a blender, a spare coffee maker, a crock pot. You won’t go wrong if you choose 103-C.

Great location and welcoming atmosphere.

My family and I really enjoyed our short stay for Spring Break (4 nights). The condo was comfortable and welcoming. Great deck with pool and ocean views. They have 2 pools (one heated) and a hot tub. The beach is just passed the pool area. Deck's great for laying in the sun without the ocean breeze. We love the floor plan and 2 bathrooms. We had all the amenities provided and the place was very clean at our arrival. Highly recommended and we'll definitely stay there again. The owner was very sweet and accommodating. Thumbs up.

Awesome beach condo!

My daughter and I loved our time at the Guidry's condo! The location is great. The condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation. We were just steps from the beach and the pools are huge. I especially liked the covered parking which was one level down from the condo. So close to the grocery store and shops. Phyllis was great to work with! We hope to go back soon!

Perfect condo for family of 6

Thank you Jerry and Phyllis for letting us spend a week in your beautiful and spacious Beach Belle Condo! Your location is perfect and so convient to pool and beach! We had 3 teenager girls who shared the 2nd bedroom with bunkbeds, and our 10 year slept on the futon in master bedroom. Master bathroom was huge, along with connected bathroom to 2nd bedroom! Everything about your condo was perfect! Can't wait to return next summer! We've been coming to 30A for the last 13 years and by far this is our favorite location and condo! The grounds were well groomed and noise was not a issue! Phyllis was such a pleasure to work with' She always responded back quickly and was so helpful with questions.

Wonderful Condo Experience!

Our family enjoyed our first time in a condo with this property and it was GREAT! The complex is amazing as well. We love 30A and found this small complex perfect for our family of 5! The unit is clean, well stocked and organized. Mrs. Guidry is so helpful and informative and you can tell how much she and her husband take special care of their condo:). We were thrilled to find this spot and look forward to many more memories made at Beach Belle!

Awesome Vacation

My family of six stayed at Beache Belle for a week and had a fantastic time. The condo was spacious enough to easily accommodate all six of us. With a bunk bed, a futon, and a separate bed, our kids never fought about sleeping arrangements the entire trip! The condo has a huge balcony overlooking the best pool on the beach with the sugar-sand beach a few steps beyond. The condo was well-kept and had all the amenities for a big family that cooks most of their meals in. There was plenty to do including some great restaurants, bicycle rental, and we even had a beach bonfire with some friends one night. We would absolutely come back and will refer our friends as well. Phyllis was amazing to work with and went out of her way to make sure my family had a great experience on our trip.
