During the construction period, you can expect construction activities will generate significant noise levels throughout the property with limited to no access to units based on work in progress.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we undertake these necessary improvements.



With a large poolside patio offering peeks at the Gulf, this vacation rental offers all the comforts of home and more. With a well-equipped kitchen, oversized primary suite, private patio from the guest bedroom, and in-home laundry, it has everything you'll need. Challenge your loved ones to some friendly competition on the on-site pickleball and tennis courts.



Eastern Lake is a coastal dune lake close to the resort, and fishing is permitted. Hop on bicycles and explore some or all of the 26 mile stretch of Highway 30A.



Things to Know

Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31.

Great Thanksgiving weekend

Great place to stay. Very easy to find and check in and out was smooth. Loved the location right on the beach. Located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside we were able to ride our bikes easily to both places. The condo was cozy and had everything we need. And we loved the balcony. We would stay here again.

A102 Dunes of Seagrove

This could be a nice condo but upon arrival the washer didn’t work. The sheets on the beds were dirty, and there was black mold in the bathroom ceiling bad. The grounds are nice and the pools! Nice and close to the ocean as well!!

We had such a great stay! There was a minor issue when we first checked in, but that was taken care of promptly. The grounds/pool are kept very clean. The condo is great- very functional for a family. Easy walk to the beach! We loved sitting on the porch- the view was pretty. Some of the furniture could use some replacing at some point, but not a deal breaker for us.

2023 stay at Seagrove

Our stay was very nice it is our 3rd time Staying at one of the condos there. Everything was fine except the washer did not work correctly . The fan in the master bed room has a chain missing so you cannot adjust how fast the fan is.

Perfect for my family if 4 (8 & 6 yr old kids). Convenient location to pool and stairs. Beach set up is great. Unit is very spacious. Only 2 complaints - 1) kitchen wasnt stocked very well with things to cook with 2) the pillows were terrible and the bed made noise when you moved - my wife is a light sleeper. Not a deal breaker but just good to know going into it.
