The Space:

High Pointe E25 Fulfill your fantasy of living right on the water in this bright flat overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The blue waters and white sand can be seen from nearly every room, so you will be able to experience a piece of paradise.



When you aren't lounging on the sand, take advantage of the on-site activities like shuffleboard, the lazy river pool area, and a playground for the little ones. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area! Plus, bike rentals are included with your stay, so pedal along the coast to find your own hidden gems with the whole group.



When everyone has worked up an appetite, come back up to the full kitchen and whip up a delicious meal before watching the sunset out on the furnished balcony.



This condo is situated in the perfect location for every kind of vacation. For the beachgoers, all the bases are covered, as you have beach access just outside your door. If you would like to venture out, take a scenic drive to the quiet Carillon Beach or make a day of all the activities near Pier Park such as shopping, dining, and even concerts! Life long family memories made. Location was great(2nd floor right on the water), the grounds were great. Wouldn’t change a thing thank you again

Great location and views.

Overall, we had a great stay. The property is in a great location, the views are beautiful and the resort is within walking distance of everything. My only negative is that most of the furniture needs to be updated to be in line with the cost of our stay. The TV's should be larger and provide Smart Channel access. If they did, we could not figure out how to access it. The master bathroom is updated and very nice and all amenities (other than a Keurig) were perfect. As a whole, it was mostly what we expected and we had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend this unit and location to anyone asking.

Beautiful view, relaxing, family friendly area

The property was exactly as pictured. The condo was easy to find. Communication with the management was fine. The view was the best view ever. Love seeing the ocean from master bedroom and patio. The property was clean. The kitchen was great. The management was responsive when we had one small issue with hot water and fixed it immediately. The pool and beach chairs, and on site restaurant were great. Did not get in the water as it was too cold. But soaked up the sun. Was super windy one day. The weather forecast was wrong. Apparently it always forecast to rain, but it only rained a little. Everyone enjoyed the bikes. The area across the street has lots of little shops and had live music until 9PM. Curfew at 10PM for everyone. No nightlife. Found some really good restaurants.
