The Space:

Enjoy spectacular views from almost ever room of this eighth-floor condo at beautiful Seychelles. Brimming with colorful accents, furnishings, and artistic touches, this upgraded vacation rental offers a little something for everyone. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare full-course dinners. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or chill out in the comfortable and very inviting living area. Just outside, the furnished, wraparound balcony is the highlight of this home with beach and city views from all sides. you will also enjoy access to on-site amenities including shared pools, indoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.



This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is just steps from the surf and sand. Cruise along Thomas Drive to discover a number of popular restaurants and local shops. Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is less than a mile away offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. You'll also find a number of family friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

Amazing getaway!

The condo was amazing! It was cozy and beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable. The cleanliness was beyond compare. The views were gorgeous. I can't wait to come back!

Seychelles is where I always stay when visiting PCB. It is the perfect location.

Total let down

I’ve stayed at Seychelles in different properties since 2008, and this is the first time I’ve been let down. Upon arrival the master shower was dirty, so I went and bought cleaning supplies & gloves to remove long hair from the walls of the shower and pubic hair from the floor. The televisions didn’t work and we missed going out to the beach on our first full day on vacation waiting for someone to fix the TVs. I called around 9:30 AM and they didn’t show up until after 5:00 PM. After waiting that long, only one television worked bc that’s the only one with a cable box. That tv only worked for about 12 hours and never worked again saying there was a weak signal on the cable box. I wasn’t going to waste another day on the beach waiting on someone to fix the problem. I ended up paying for late checkout so we could make up for lost time on the beach from our second day there. Very disappointed in the customer service this time around. 🙁

Generally nice unit, but some customer service and privacy concerns

I stayed in unit 809 at Seychelles with my husband and my parents for 1 week in May 2021. Overall we were happy with the unit. The view was absolutely incredible. It lacked the personal touches you get when renting some units, likely because it seems Vacasa owns and manages the unit. The master bedroom door had what appeared to be a punched hole in it, there were cracked tiles in the living room, and there was a lot of dust build up, in particular in the master bedroom on the walls/lamps. We easily looked over these small things, as they really didn't affect our trip, but they are worth noting. What we were particularly unhappy with was the customer service. The morning of our checkin, we received details on how to access the unit. This included a code to access the parking garage and a code to access the unit. We were able to access the parking garage without issue. Once we got up to the unit, we used the code in the email to access the unit, but it wasn't working. After several attempts, we called the phone number listed in the email. I explained that our code doesn't work. There was some confusion on the phone, but eventually we were given a new code, one that was much longer and very different from the one in the email. At one point, my mom was alone in the unit when she heard a knock at the door, and then someone entered the unit. She didn't event have time to react to the knock before the door had opened. She was shocked, but the people who entered said they were with the building looking for a drone that was lost on one of the balconies, and they entered because "all the other units were empty". We were concerned that people could enter the unit without checking for someone first - this was a big privacy concern for us. My dad went down to the office in the garage, since we didn't know where else to go, and they apologized but said it must have been someone from the building HOA. Nothing they could really do. We also tried calling the number Vacasa provided. They took down the info and said they'd call back, but we never did hear back from them regarding this. Ultimately, these two events, the wrong checkin information and the poor customer service regarding out privacy and security, impacted our review the most. Overall we had a great time, but we just wanted to let other travelers knows about these concerns, in particular those related to privacy/security.
