The Space:

Located in Seagrove Beach, a 30A community nestled between Seaside and Seacrest, this condo overlooks the balcony. Enjoy a meal at the table on the balcony, and prepare it in the well-equipped kitchen. The bunk area is perfect for the kids. Additional sleeping can be found on the queen sofa bed in the living room.



Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of Coastal Dune Lakes. Catch live music at the Seaside Amphitheater, or The Hub, 2.3 miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brew pubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap. Challenge your loved ones to some friendly competition on the two pickleball courts.



Things to Know

Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31.

It was great, however I wish that it had a pantry to store your food in. It is in a great location with a great view. The people who manage the property and the guys who rent the umbrellas and beach chairs are wonderful, very polite, kind and considerate.

Great Ocean View and Easy Beach Access

This is an older but nice property, with a great balcony/patio. The view is beautiful, but it is directly over a street and you can see the ocean (other condos in the building are closer to the water). To get to the beach you walk to the pool (in the center of the complex) and the boardwalk takes you directly to where beach service is offered. So convenient! We had our young children with us, and the location could not have been better. It was easy to social distance - even in this popular neighborhood.

just so-so

location is great, however the complex looks dated. The unit had issues however. the bedrooms look like they had not been dusted in 6 months. All of the vents had black dust/mold all around them. Lack of communication for the Tv's, internet, beach chairs, unbrellas, and check out was frustrating. Never could get one of the TV's to work -- it was on a separate platform with little instructions. Could be a great rental with some improvements but would not go back again with the way things were.

Hi, Terri! The black dust/mold was due to a malfunctioning HVAC unit that has since been replaced. The condo, including the vents, has been thoroughly cleaned. We have not been able to discover any issues with the TV. Thank you!
