The Space:

Completely renovated in 2021, 2 Carats East - a real gem of a beach house directly on the white sandy beach in Fort Morgan - features seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 20 people in its 3,568 square feet of living space. When you vacation here, you'll be treated to a new shared pool with the other half of the duplex, a new beach boardwalk, a dining area that seats 20 people, and so much more. Speaking of which, the new pool was designed with families in mind, so everyone can enjoy themselves here! It features a Baja ledge with bubblers, a waterfall, and steps (including a handrail) to help guests enter the pool. An in-pool bench runs the length of the pool and faces the ocean so you can blissfully lounge while appreciating the view.



There are two living areas, seven smart TVs and three bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and balconies! A spacious covered deck with a table and chairs extends the living and dining space. And your pool is right below! A barbecue grill makes afternoon cookouts a breeze.



You won't believe how much seating is available in the lower-level living room, where a 70-inch smart TV is perched in the corner. Adding to the living space, a sofa and ottoman are tucked into an upstairs landing with its own wet bar and beverage fridge. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking or catering needs. An oversized stainless steel fridge makes keeping all your food for the week convenient to access - no need for multiple trips to the supermarket! A new dry bar directly off the kitchen offers two beverage fridges along with a brand new ice maker. One of the primary bedrooms comes with its own jetted tub and separate shower.



This house is perfect for large groups who want to enjoy family togetherness while still having their own space to escape to at the end of a busy beach day!

Beautiful Ocean View From Deck

Awesome family gathering at a beautiful spacious beach home. We spent hours in the pool and the ocean. Kids and adults had a blast. We're coming back to repeat our fun trip again soon!

Spring Break 2023

We traveled with 4 families and several high school seniors. The house was perfect! Plenty of room. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Pool and deck area appeared to be new and very nice!!! Very fun vacation!

Big Family Vacation

The property was very nice. Lots of space. Loved the boardwalk. I would suggest better fitting sheets for the beds as we had to spend every day struggling to get the fitted sheet on the mattress. Also, would suggest updating the towels as most of them are very worn. The house and deck were perfect for what we needed. There were 15 of us!

DO NOT RENT THROUGH VACASA !! we had a pool issue, which was never resolved, only way to communicate was via text, and even then I think it was AI. The Wi-Fi was basically nonexistent in the master suite, there was trash all over on the side of the house and underneath the deck which I picked up myself as I was tired of looking at it. If you’re going to rent this place, make sure to rent it through Fort Morgan property management not Vacasa !

Great Vacation rental

This rental was perfect for our Family of 16, (4 of which were children).The house was very clean and was just as the pictures indicated. The large refrigerator and extra ice maker were a huge +. The beach was close and the pool was wonderful. The only thing that could've been improved would have been a few more extra blankets. the kids used the few that were there . We did not need to use the pull out sofas, but if someone would need them the few extra blankets would've been needed for them. ( there were only sheet sets laid out for them- no blanket). Overall we would rate this rental, space, location, amenities, view, pool and beach a perfect 10! Would love to come back again!

Large family group

Very nice place, Nice to be able to keep tarp up on the beach overnight! Family staying in the adjoining unit was very compatible. The wooden walkway outside had been completely replaced so non of the splinters noted in prior remarks. VRBO fixed the few issues that we had the first and second business day. The only other issues that we had were that there is only one refrigerator for such a large house and that the ice makers were not working up to par.
