In the living area, you'll also find a comfortable recliner that rocks, offering an extra cozy spot to relax.



The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, quartz countertops, and a kitchen island, making meal prep effortless. For coffee lovers, both Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers are provided, so you can enjoy your favorite brew just the way you like it. Enjoy meals at the six-person dining table or step out onto the expansive private balcony to soak in sweeping ocean views—you may even spot dolphins playing in the surf below.



The serene master suite includes balcony access, a king-size bed, a 42-inch TV, walk-in closet, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with double quartz vanities updated hardware, a jetted tub, with and a separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and private bath, while the third offers two twin beds and its own full bathroom, each bathroom vanity is quartz with updated hardware and each bedroom had a flat-screen TV for added comfort.



Conveniences continue throughout the home, including a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, where you’ll also find a booster seat available for young children—making family travel that much easier.
