Enjoy Ocean Isle Beach in this comfortable west end condo. With three bedrooms featuring a king, queen, full, and twin bed, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax. Two bathrooms include both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of fun. The unit stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Although this condo does not face the ocean, the complex is oceanfront so you do not need to cross any streets to reach the beach. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot. Enjoy all that Ocean Isle Beach has to offer when you stay at our place.

Property is quite dated. Had some issues with ants all week and some of the infrastructure (kitchen light, oven door, fridge ice maker) and kitchen items were in poor condition and really need to be replaced. It’s on the first row of beach properties but on the back side next to the road, so no view of the beach. Master bedroom and deck on that side looks directly into another condo across from it, so kept our blinds closed most of the time for privacy purposes. Host was responsive and helpful. The sliding door to the deck needs major work and was unusable during our trip. We stay each summer in Ocean Isle Beach. Compared to other units we have stayed in at a similar price point, this unit just wasn’t as nice as we had hoped. With some updates and fixes, it could be a lot better.

Thank you for your feedback. We depend on our guests to let us know when things need attention as we cannot be there during the rental season. I apologize for the sliding glass door. Apparently my cousin who said he would take care of that is not as dependable as I had assumed. It is in the process of getting new rollers so that it will slide smoothly. The other fixable items are also being addressed. Enjoy the rest of your summer.

We love the west end of the island. Our complex is oceanfront and we have our own walkway to the beach. The pool is great too.

We strive to have everything you need to make your stay fun and relaxing. You will have access to the storage closet on the ground floor for beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. The condo has games and puzzles and the kitchen is equipped with an air fryer, griddle, and crockpot.
