Tucked right outside of downtown in the Coronado neighborhood, this home puts you close to outdoor adventure and tasty eateries. After a day spent on the golf greens or hiking local trails, catch more rays from the comfort of your enclosed backyard. Sizzle recipes on the gas grill and dine at the shaded outdoor table. A large dog door provides convenient access for your furry friends to join in the fun. The furnished porch offers additional space to unwind outdoors.

Inside, a spacious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to prepare meals. Four can perch at the kitchen bar. After dinner, stretch out on the sectional and stream a movie on the flatscreen TV. A large desk with a chair creates a comfortable space to work from home.

The house was clean, kitchen well supplied, good safe neighborhood.We had hard time entering the property, couldn't get code to unlock front door, called and they said they would send someone over to help, no one ever came and we finally figured out how to get in ourselves. Found out that the management company had just been acquired by another company and we had came right as the transition was happening. After that hiccup management responded very well to making our stay perfect! Definitely would stay there again.

The whole place was disgusting. It wasnt even cleaned. Smelled terrible. Had to scramble to find a new place to stay. Couldnt get ahold of the host. When he finally called me he said he would make this right. He never did. He never reimbursed us and now Ive had to get a lawyer. This place was a scam. STAY AWAY

Overall charming house in a very nice neighborhood. Back yard was very large with plenty of room for dogs to run and explore (mostly dirt but concrete patio and side yard/driveway behind gate where I could play with my pups. The lighting was not working so it was dark at night which they apologized and said they would correct for next time.

Great location, great neighborhood, very clean, only problem we had was the wifi keep disconnecting on us when trying to watch TV

Comfortable house; nice, quite area

Home was comfortable, had necessities and a backyard for our dogs. Great bath towels! Only one outlet in each bedroom but they did provide power strip. Close to MD Anderson which was reason for our stay.

Phoenix Vacation 2023

We were in town to attend a baseball game, the zoo and Scottsdale. This home was centrally located in a safe quiet neighborhood within easy drivings distance to all three locations. It was also located near a grocery store and many restaurants. It was an ideal place for anyone wanting to be near downtown Phoenix. This home was also perfect for anyone traveling with a dog, like us. It had a nice fenced in yard with plenty of space to let your dog run and play. We would highly recommend this place.

Great location, very walkable and friendly neighborhood

Very happy with our stay! The place isn’t glamorous by any means, but the beds were comfy and the location was great. We were able to walk to get coffee at The Hive, and to dinner at Casa Corazon. Driveway to park in, front patio to sit in the morning. My only disappointment was the lack of lighting in the bathroom (specifically over the mirror — need good lighting for getting ready!) and no hairdryer. Overall very happy with our stay!

Nice place for a small family

The kitchen was a nice size and well equipped. The family room was comfortable for a relaxing night of tv after an active day. My main complaint is the bathroom light and fan are hooked up on the same switch, so if you go to the bathroom when someone is sleeping, it's noisy because the bathroom is so close to the bedrooms. I used the flashlight on my phone so I wouldn't wake anyone. Also, each room only has one inconveniently placed outlet. We brought a power strip for our multiple devices.

Nice but

30 day stay. A little dirty. Dyson stick to clean with but, no charger. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Slat in one bedroom curtain missing. Great fenced in yard for dogs but, no lock on back gate to alley. Washer liked to eat clothes.

DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

Went to check in and they wouldn't let me had to send them a picture of my ID and everything told me they couldn't verify I was real so they told me they had to cancel my reservation. Then are refusing to refund me the money.
