Welcome to Lemmons Landing, a relaxing waterfront getaway on the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound in Pensacola Beach. This spacious coastal home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and offers the perfect setting for beach days, family gatherings, and peaceful evenings by the water. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the calm waters of the sound, spend the day enjoying the nearby Gulf beaches, a 4 minute walk across the street, and wind down in the evening with stunning coastal sunsets. The home features four comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups: King Master Suite with private bathroom featuring a soaking tub and shower, King Guest Bedroom with a full bathroom, Queen Bedroom with a shower bathroom not attached, Bunk Room with four twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests with a full bathroom. There is also a dedicated office workspace, located in the master suite, for those who may need to stay connected while traveling. The workspace includes a desk setup with a plug-in docking station for a laptop with an additional monitor, keyboard, and mouse, making it easy to work remotely while enjoying your beach getaway. The open living area provides a comfortable place to gather, and the large dining table is perfect for family meals, games, or planning the next day’s beach adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Additional features include TVs in every bedroom, xbox, board games, kayaks and a paddle board, beach chairs, beach wagon, and plenty of space for groups to spread out, and an extra refrigerator in the garage that’s perfect for drinks, ice, and beach coolers. Lemmons Landing truly exceeded our expectations. The home was extremely clean, but also comfortable—it didn’t feel cold or stiff like some rentals. You could actually relax and enjoy the space, from the living room furniture to every area of the home.The back dock was absolutely beautiful and quickly became one of our favorite spots. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset views over the water, and there was even a little family of ducks that visited every morning and evening, which was such a fun and memorable touch.The location is perfect. The walk to the beach was easy—about five minutes—and Pensacola Beach itself was gorgeous, clean, and not overcrowded. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and things to do, making it easy to enjoy the area without going far.The amenities were fantastic, especially for families. The kids loved using the kayaks, and the beach chairs and gear made our beach days so much easier. Everything you need is already there.The host was very responsive and helpful, answering questions within just a few hours, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Overall, this home offers the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. The price was very reasonable for everything included, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway in Pensacola Beach.
