Welcome to Lemmons Landing, a relaxing waterfront getaway on the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound in Pensacola Beach. This spacious coastal home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and offers the perfect setting for beach days, family gatherings, and peaceful evenings by the water. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the calm waters of the sound, spend the day enjoying the nearby Gulf beaches, a 4 minute walk across the street, and wind down in the evening with stunning coastal sunsets. The home features four comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups: King Master Suite with private bathroom featuring a soaking tub and shower, King Guest Bedroom with a full bathroom, Queen Bedroom with a shower bathroom not attached, Bunk Room with four twin beds, with a shower bathroom, perfect for kids or additional guests with a full bathroom. There is also a dedicated office workspace, located in the master suite, for those who may need to stay connected while traveling. The workspace includes a desk setup with a plug-in docking station for a laptop with an additional monitor, keyboard, and mouse, making it easy to work remotely while enjoying your beach getaway. The open living area provides a comfortable place to gather, and the large dining table is perfect for family meals, games, or planning the next day’s beach adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Additional features include TVs in every bedroom, xbox, board games, kayaks and a paddle board, beach chairs, beach wagon, and plenty of space for groups to spread out, and an extra refrigerator in the garage that’s perfect for drinks, ice, and beach coolers. We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and the location was ideal! Quiet but close to everything we needed. The host was amazing, responsive and very helpful! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lemmons! Every morning, we woke up to the most beautiful, perfect bay views, and the sunsets and nighttime views were just as incredible. We loved being able to walk down to the beach and collect sand dollars, and having The Local right around the corner was such a convenient bonus.The house had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning to Lemmons!

Our family had a wonderful stay! This property was perfect- just as described. From the minute we walked in, we were wowed by the breathtaking water view. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds and linens were so comfortable. We even ordered one of the comforters for our own bed at home. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had paper products, spices/ seasonings, coffee, snacks, and condiments. The hosts also provided a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs, and it was a quick walk to the Gulf. There is a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before coming back inside. We also enjoyed the paddle board and kayaks provided. The patio was perfect for enjoying the outside and doing some sunbathing in the zero gravity chairs. The dock provided easy access to the water and the sunset views were incredible. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back! Thank you, Abbey and Randy!

We have stayed several places in Florida and have never had such a wonderful experience! We were traveling with littles and Abbey could not have been more accommodating! Lots of special touches she added for us, above and beyond for sure! Her place was clean, spacious, out of the busier area, close to beach, and bay in the backyard! We loved getting up and hanging out on back deck. We fished and used kayaks/paddleboard, saw lots of sea life - stingray, dolphins, crabs. Easy walk to beach and loved having beach items to use from the house! We grabbed coffee at the Local several times & sandwiches as we headed out of town. Our favorite dinner spots were Red Fish Blue Fish (amazing fish tacos & grouper bites) & Baja Coastal Kitchen (what a beautiful remodeled place with awesome food!). We had a great time and if Abbey could have fixed the weather for us I’m sure she would have done that as well! Lemmons Landing will be a special treat for families to come back to again and again, I have no doubt! Thanks again- the Carley Clan

Lemmons Landing truly exceeded our expectations. The home was extremely clean, but also comfortable—it didn’t feel cold or stiff like some rentals. You could actually relax and enjoy the space, from the living room furniture to every area of the home.The back dock was absolutely beautiful and quickly became one of our favorite spots. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset views over the water, and there was even a little family of ducks that visited every morning and evening, which was such a fun and memorable touch.The location is perfect. The walk to the beach was easy—about five minutes—and Pensacola Beach itself was gorgeous, clean, and not overcrowded. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and things to do, making it easy to enjoy the area without going far.The amenities were fantastic, especially for families. The kids loved using the kayaks, and the beach chairs and gear made our beach days so much easier. Everything you need is already there.The host was very responsive and helpful, answering questions within just a few hours, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Overall, this home offers the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. The price was very reasonable for everything included, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway in Pensacola Beach.

The property was perfect for our family. It was well stocked and Abbey was wonderful from start to finish! The location is close to everything and the quiet sound side is a great break from the crowds at the beach. Sunsets on the dock were amazing!I will definitely book again!

Good evening, I like to start off by saying Abbey your home is beautiful, great location access to the beach, stores and restaurants. Now I like to address my concerns which you may want to correct. The 2nd bedroom upstairs with the walk- in shower. My oldest son and his girlfriend shared. They told me the water pressure in the sink was a drip and could not be used I'm glad there were other bathrooms in the house. My youngest son used one of your paddle boats (blue)he and his brother were out on the bay when I notice the boat turned over and he was struggling trying to get back on. I alerted one of the neighbors who was fishing at the time with access to a boat to help my son back on shore. We all realized there were holes in the boat. This last problem may be something you can't correct however there is a feral cat that continues to come to your property and no one else's every day which was a problem for me. I had to chase it away. It laid on your deck as if it owned the place. The cat left fleas which I had bites all over me. I purchased a baby gate to block the gate from the stairs and my son's put barriers down the bottom steps and on the sides of the deck. This cat was very aggressive and was determined to be on your property. I'm glad my husband wasn't able to make the trip because he is allergic to cats which would have been a huge problem! We all enjoyed our time, but the last thing was the morning we left the garage door was open. We didn't open it?

This property was hands down one of the best staycations we have had at Pensacola Beach! We normally stay on the Gulf side, but I am now a true sound side fan! We had so many more options of different things to do! We did some kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and crabbing just right from the dock. It was just so perfect. The dock was the best spot that I have ever watched the 4th of July fireworks display. The walk to the beach was very quick and easy! The house was beautiful, stocked to the brim of everything we may possibly need, and the beds were so comfortable! The bunk room was a hit for the kids! Our hostess was the kindest and replied immediately to any needs. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise! We will have to visit again!! 3

Beautiful place. Very clean and smells nice. Definitely family friendly with a fabulous host. The walk to the beach is super easy but we loved being in the bay side. Would definitely stay here again.
