Fabulous!

We had such a great stay at this condo... The pictures don't do it justice! The unit is very spacious, with very large bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the living space. The view from the living room and master bedroom is gorgeous. looking directly out over the water and the bay. My husband and I, along with our 2 adult kids in their 20's really enjoyed the JW Marriott pool right next door, which has food and drink service right from your pool lounger. The full service clean midweek was an appreciated bonus! We explored all over the island...Orient Bay, Grand Case, Philipsburg, Marigot and the beaches near the airport, and we all agreed that Dawn Beach Club and this specific area is the best place to stay. It's a quiet, soothing respite compared to the pace and crowds of the rest of the island. Thank you for a truly wonderful vacation!

2 weeks of Heaven

This place was absolutely perfect and gorgeous. The pictures were spot on but in person its even better. The view was amazing the room wonderful and very clean the beds were so comfy and the staff- wow! I cannot say how wonderful Richard is at the pool and Kevin at the restaurant and Janis at the front desk were to name a few. But honestly all the staff that we encountered there was so friendly. Looking forward to our next year's trip already. Thank you Andrea for this amazing place being so friendly and being so easy to work with

Great place very spacious

Awesome view and one of the nicest and clean place I have stayed in. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for quit relaxing place to unwind. Great pool and large.

Dawn Resort

The condo was excellent. The resort is still recovering from the damage from the weather. Once this is all complete it will return to the luster of the past.

Beautiful New Condo and Friendly, Accomodating Staff

This property is coming back even better than before. The island was hit hard by Irma, but the smiles and hearts of the people there show they are so happy we came. Dawn Beach Club was relaxing and we enjoyed the infinity pool and beach so much. We ordered food right at the pool bar and they serve great drinks too. We had three couples so the 3 King bedrooms were perfect. We had a tv in each bedroom and all could enjoy the living area comfortably together. The ocean views were so beautiful watching the sun come up and the sailboats going by. We enjoyed both the Dutch side and French side during our stay. We can’t wait to get back there.

Wedding Vows Renewed

My wife of 20 years and I rented this beautiful condo on the beach to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary. We invited her sister and brother in law along with one other very special couple. The 6 of us had the time of our lives living in luxourious comfort - we fealt like royalty. Fantastic restaurants abound and the scenery on the island is magnificant. Customer service at the condo was first class - the pool glorious! We definately will do this condo again!

My husband and I renewed our vows on this very beach and fell in love with the Dawn Beach Club and the wonderful amenities it has. We love the convenience of our location. There are many wonderful dining options on the island for you to enjoy. We love to relax at the pool after a good workout in our exercise facility. We love to plan our adventures on the island from sailing, snorkeling, hiking, or setting up reservations at restaurants with breathtaking views that will make you 'fall in love' all over again!

This is the most beautiful and relaxing beach to enjoy wonderful memories with your family or friends. We are right on the beach with full oceanfront views from your Master Bedroom and Living-Great Room. Take a stroll on the beach or relax under an umbrella with your favorite book.

The Dawn Beach Club is so close to the French St. Martin border that you can enjoy both sides of the island so easily. We enjoy the shopping in St. Maarten during the day and the great restaurants in St. Martin for dinner. Your kitchen is well equipped though if you choose to stay home and create your own delicious meals to enjoy on your candlelit balcony while listening to the waves coming in.
