Updated 2 story town home, conveniently located near tennis and basketball courts, and playground on 39th Street. 4 shorts blocks to the 40th Street beach path and a short stroll to town center, restaurants and shopping. This townhome has undergone some recent updating with fresh paint throughout, all new bedding and furniture inside and out. First floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, laundry closet. Second floor has an open floor plan with hardwood floors, newer kitchen, cathedral ceilings and french doors that open out a spacious deck perfect for outdoor dining and sun bathing. Primary bedroom with full bath with access to the living area. There is a private enclosed outdoor shower near the main entrance. A large storage shed in rear yard for tenants usage. Six beach chairs, 1 umbrella and 1 beach cart provided.Off street parking in the shared driveway for 1 car.
