I’m a proud Puerto Rican, born and raised, currently living in the southern part of the island. My professional background has always been rooted in service and hospitality. I work in home improvement and materials sales, which has given me a strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining spaces that feel comfortable, functional, and welcoming.

My journey in hospitality began years ago, from 1997 to 2001, when I worked at the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino in Condado as a doorman. That experience allowed me to interact daily with visitors from all over the world and truly understand what makes a guest feel welcomed and valued. Later on, I started my own tourist transportation business, continuing to serve travelers and helping them experience Puerto Rico in a more personal way.

Over time, life opened new doors. After getting married, I had the opportunity to acquire and develop a hardware business for my wife, which has been an important part of our family’s growth.

This property was previously rented long-term, including to international visitors, so hosting has always been part of my experience. Now, I’m excited to welcome guests in a more personal way—offering a space where they can feel at home while experiencing the beauty and culture of Puerto Rico.

Hosting for me is not just about providing a place to stay, but about creating a positive and memorable experience for every.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s more than just a location—it’s home. My parents moved to Levittown when I was just 2 years old, and it’s where I grew up, studied, and built many of my life experiences. Being raised here gave me a deep connection to the community and everything it represents.

Growing up, I was very active in sports and eventually developed a strong passion for baseball, a sport that is deeply rooted in the local culture. This area has a vibrant sports environment, with opportunities that go all the way to competitive and even professional youth levels, which made it a special place to grow up.

Later in life, I had the opportunity to acquire this property as my own residence, in the same neighborhood where I was raised. Although I eventually moved on for another development opportunity, this place has always remained meaningful to me.

What I truly enjoy about this neighborhood is its sense of community, accessibility, and authenticity. It offers a genuine Puerto Rican living experience, while still being close to everything visitors may need—from beaches to shopping and dining.

For me, sharing this space is also about sharing a part of my story and giving guests the opportunity to experience Puerto Rico from a local and personal perspective.
