Just steps from the sand with private beach access, this cozy condo comfortably sleeps 4 with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy easy access with no elevators or stairs, making beach days and unloading luggage effortless.

The gated Sugar Beach complex offers everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay, including a sparkling swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, grilling areas, and clubhouse. When you’re ready to explore, you’re just a short walk to some of PCB’s most popular restaurants, bars, and nightlife, including the brand-new Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. 🍹🎶
