The space
One king bed in the bedroom and the living room has a sleeper pull out couch that’s a queen size. You can close off the bedroom for privacy with the sliding door. The bathroom has a stand up shower and you can connect to Bluetooth to play your music from the bathroom fan. You are able to adjust the brightness and light color in the bathroom mirror and also defrost the fog on the mirror by pressing/holding the 2 buttons located on the mirror. There is one Roku tv with cable in the living room and in the bedroom. There is also a full kitchen and a spacious living room to soak up all the views of the heart shaped lake carillon overlooking the gulf.

The Carillon Beach Neighborhood HOA has instituted a new guest resort fee of $35.00 for all renters, for use of amenities. This is part of increased safety measures and to assure all guests are registered in the community. All amenities including pools and beach walkovers will have passcode gates. All renters will register and receive a scan code/QR code and a passcode to enter these areas. You will be sent a link after your rental is confirmed to register with Sim Liv to receive access code/QR scan and pay the $35.00 fee.
