Dreamy island condo with balcony, shared pool, tennis, free WiFi & central AC

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the property, its convenient beach access, and that it made for a nice getaway. 😊 We appreciate you mentioning the confusion finding the unit. We’re glad to hear it was due to a mix-up at the gate and not an issue with the property itself. We also appreciate your feedback about the refrigerator and the furniture, and we’ll share those comments with our team for review. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’re happy to hear you’d rent with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back to Hilton Head! 🌴💙

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced. We’re especially sorry about the uncomfortable beds, musty odor, and the noise from the room above that disrupted your sleep. We understand how important it is to have a clean, comfortable, and peaceful room, and we’re looking into these concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We also understand how stressful it must have been arriving with car trouble and needing to get settled in. We’re sorry we weren’t able to accommodate an early check-in at the time. We really appreciate your honest feedback. We’ll take your comments seriously and use them to improve both our rooms and the way we communicate with our guests. We hope you’ll give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with the comfortable and relaxing stay you deserve.

Thanks for the 10/10 rating! Looking forward to hosting you again on your next visit :)
