Welcome to Salt & Serenity, a serene and inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat in the heart of St. Charles, Missouri, located in the heart of the entertainment district, you'll be steps away from some of the area's best restaurants, bars, live music, and nightlife. Perfect for up to 4 guests. Inspired by tranquil coastal escapes and the soothing balance of salt air and soft light, this thoughtfully designed space blends airy neutrals, gentle textures, and modern comforts. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen ideal for easy, relaxed meals, a calming living area perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and convenient walkable access to historic Main Street, local shops, dining, and the scenic riverfront. Salt & Serenity is your perfect home base for a peaceful and refreshing St. Charles getaway.

House Policies & Important Information
Pet Policy: Dog-friendly only. $150 non-refundable fee added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations incur a $300 fee.
No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. $250 violation fee applies.
Lost Items: $25 handling fee + shipping for item returns.
Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures subject to a $50 fee.
Starter Essentials: Complimentary starter pack of toiletries and paper goods provided (guests staying longer should plan to restock).

Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, an additional $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, an additional $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.

Check in was delayed because the room was not ready. We told them we were driving 16 hours and asked if we could check in a few hours early being exhausted from the drive , instead they delayed check in. The place is tiny , like the size of a hotel room. The place is basically a motel that had some rooms renovated , in a very noisy area right by the main town . Good luck sleeping during your stay. Cars racing, cops, music blasting, people up all night at the bars , this is even during the week nights .
