There was a couple minor things, there was only 1 trash can in the whole house and no ice maker. Other than that the whole group loved it! Would definitely rent it again.

The layout and room of home is great. Pretty view also. But it needs to be cleaned. It was pretty dirty on arrival. Tables were dirty and sticky. Floors dirty. Nothing to cook with in the kitchen. Bring your pots and pans. But even with all of that we made do and had the best time. But the house does need some attention…

House was NOT cleaned beforehand. The floors needed to be thoroughly swept and mopped. The walls were filthy. The flooring is cracked & shows Water damage & strips of flooring peeled away. The 2 glass windowed doors both downstairs & upstairs were dirty! We found a use band aid on the front entry alcove shelf. The stairs are dirty & every corner of the floors are full of debris. The kitchen had filthy drawers both inside out. All faces of the cabinets were dirty.The stove is unstable & shakes when you turn the knobs. The refrigerator had a musty smell & the bottom crisper drawer was missing. The dishwasher did not clean dishes well. The kitchen had minimum cookware, small pots & pans. Not ideal for large family cooking. No cookie sheets, etc…No complimentary salt/pepper, oil. There are only 2 trash cans in the ENTIRE house. The sofa bed upstairs in the den show visible “holes” in the cushion & you sink down when you sit. The deck was filthy & the plastic chairs were dirty! The bbq grill is old & rusty. The entire house visibly sways when you walk! The washer needs maintenance only washes when it wants to!We stayed 3 nights and called the Beach Box customer service with all the floor issues and the dirty doors and they sent a cleaning couple on the second day. They wiped two tables a quickly left. The band aid was moved & left on the stairwell!! I asked them to come again to sweep & mop. They didn’t & no reply. I give this house a thumbs down 100%. Very DISAPPOINTING
