Living space

The bright, open living area is set up for easy relaxation, anchored by updated furniture and a large smart TV. When you need to spread out, the bonus office doubles as extra sleeping space - fitted with a queen sleeper sofa and a dedicated workspace, so remote work or an overflow guest is never a problem.

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to eight guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private ensuite. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, and the third has two single beds. All three bedrooms include ceiling fans and smart TVs for a restful night in.

Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook from scratch or throw together a quick meal - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and full cooking basics. Dining inside is easy with the dedicated dining table, and outside, a BBQ grill and outdoor dining set let you take full advantage of the fenced backyard.

Backyard & pool

The private pool and fully fenced, tropically landscaped yard are the heart of this home. Swim laps, fire up the grill, or settle into the outdoor furniture as the afternoon stretches on. Beach essentials - including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so your days at Cocoa Beach start without a trip to the store. Bikes are also available for exploring the neighborhood.

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms, one of which is a private ensuite off the primary bedroom. Both are stocked with shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and cleaning products.

Practical details

The home is single-level with no stairs - easy for all ages and mobility needs. Self check-in via smart lock keeps arrival flexible. Free parking is available on premises. The washer and dryer are in-unit, and the home includes all essentials: towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, iron, hangers, and clothing storage. Families will find a pack-n-play, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and board games already on hand. Exterior security cameras are present at the front and back of the property.

Merritt Island sits between the Florida mainland and Cocoa Beach, putting you in the middle of everything the Space Coast offers. Kennedy Space Center is just minutes away, Port Canaveral is close for cruises and seafood, and Cocoa Beach Pier and waterfront parks are a short drive. The neighborhood itself is quiet and residential - a calm home base with easy access to it all.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

You’re just a short drive from Cocoa Beach Pier, waterfront parks, and great local dining. It’s an ideal spot for guests looking to enjoy both relaxation and easy access to Space Coast attractions.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with a car. The home offers driveway parking, and additional street parking is available. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. Most beaches, restaurants, and attractions are just a short drive away, making this a convenient home base for exploring.

To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essential items for your arrival, including:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: laundry detergent is not provided)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

Starter supplies are intended to get you through the beginning of your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed.



Please note the following:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY

- Pool heating is available for $50 per night and must be added for the full stay

- This home is equipped with a Ring camera in the front and in the back. Tampering with or disabling the devices is strictly prohibited

- Guests have access to the entire home except the garage and AC closet

- Quiet time 10pm - 7am
