Top-floor penthouse in the heart of Barrett Square, about a five-minute walk to Rosemary Beach's private beach access. Town center is downstairs with the areas best restaurants and shops. Sleeps 7 with three private balconies, four beach cruisers, reserved covered parking, Viking appliances and access to all four Rosemary Beach community pools, including the heated indoor Sky Pool.

Blue Oak is a new owner-managed listing, backed by more than eight years of vacation-rental owner experience.

Walk downstairs for coffee, breakfast, shopping, dinner, or an evening stroll through town, then head to the beach or one of Rosemary Beach's community pools—all without getting in the car. The beach is within a five-minute walk or two-minute bike ride. The Cabana pool is a one-minute walk and the Sky pool (heated and indoor) is a four-minute walk. Restaurants and shops are right downstairs.

Designed for families, couples, and small groups, Blue Oak sleeps up to seven guests and combines an unbeatable location with spacious indoor and outdoor living.

The open living area is bright and comfortable, with French doors opening to a private balcony overlooking Rosemary Beach. It's an ideal spot for morning coffee, an afternoon break from the beach, or drinks before dinner.

The fully equipped kitchen features Viking appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed for anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner at home. The adjacent dining area makes it easy for everyone to gather together.

this is our second stay at blue oak. awesome location. unit is beautiful. the building was under construction during our stay so there was some noise associated with that. but we will absolutely stay here again

Place was just okay. Two major things. We should have been warned there was construction going on within the building. The other is the big thing. The A/C does not work well at this listing. It auto turns off around 10am each morning. The last thing you want is to come back to your lodging after a beach day and it be 84 degrees inside. Also, even when on , the A/C struggles to cool the place. This needs to be fixed.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! So close to everything in Rosemary and we loved sitting out on the balconies looking down at the square in the mornings and evenings.The unit itself was very cozy and so well thought out. Loved the appliances (especially the washer and dryer)! Probably the comfiest beds we have slept in on a vacation. 100% would recommend!

Excellent location!

This was Our first time visiting rosemary beach and we loved it! The condo is very pretty! The master bed was soooo comfortable it was hard to get out of! Great place to stay!

Well kept and well appointed condo, spotless and very nice!

We had a lovely stay here. The condo is just as pictured, super clean and very nice. We found the elevator codes and check in process a little tricky at first, but once we figured it out all was easy and smooth. Great condo, very centrally located.

It was relatively clean and had most everything you would need for a stay. The main bed is uncomfortable and I found a cockroach in my shower. Other than that, it was well appointed and very quiet. The bikes were newer and a great addition.

Blue Oak Rosemary Beach

The condo was perfect for our stay at Rosemary Beach. It was spotless upon arrival and the check-in (even after business hours) was easy. The location was great - easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a small issue with WiFi, but it was resolved immediately, again after work hours. Great place!

Holiday recovery

We have stayed in this condo prior and enjoyed it… the place was clean. Only thing that stood out was the smell when you walked in.. not sure if it was too much of a deodorant used but after we opened the doors to air it out everything was fine… We would stay here again Robin

Great stay

The condo was just like the photos and in the middle of a lot of action in town. We had a couple maintenance issues during our stay but they were handled very well by the property manager. Very impressed with response.
