Great location and floor plan, but severe issues with cleanliness, heat, and lack of circulation or ACPros: The home's layout was nice. The evenings on the balcony were pleasant.Cons: Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the floors, walls, and exterior of the house were very dirty. Extreme Heat & No A/C: The house had no air conditioning, windows were closed, and no fans were running when we arrived.The indoor temperature reached a staggering 95 degrees. Given that we were traveling with elderly guests, this made the home completely unlivable. Half of our party could not even stay at the house and had to find alternative accommodations. Communication & Support: We tried contacting management immediately upon arrival. It took an hour and a half to hear back, and the only response offered was an apology with no actual solutions provided. Amenities: The kitchen pans and trays were unacceptable to use, forcing us to buy disposable ones out of pocket.Recommendation to Management:Listing information needs to be much clearer. Confirmation emails and property descriptions should explicitly state that the home does not feature air conditioning or heating so future guests can make an informed choice. Unfortunately, we felt taken advantage of and would not have booked here had we known about the lack of climate control.
