Fraser Tubing Hill is less than two miles away, as is the Fraser Valley Sports Complex, a state-of-the-art facility offering practice fields and ice skating. The Fraser River Trail is within walking distance of the condo and the river itself is renowned for its gold medal trout fishing. Winter Park Resort is only six miles away for world-class winter fun.

The updated interior showcases sophisticated and stylish decor, along with attractive furnishing and appliances designed to promote a sense of carefree calm throughout the space. Stainless steel kitchenette appliances including a mini-fridge, a sink, a coffee maker, and a microwave add an extra layer of convenience during your stay. Everything we needed

This was a great little spot that provided everything we needed for our stay. Clean, comfortable beds, and just enough kitchen amenities. Great little spot and we will stay here again.

Affordable, clean and comfortable studio in Fraser. Walls are thin to adjoining units-bring ear plugs. Mini kitchen a plus. Close to downtown Fraser! One significant drawback is the lack of responsiveness by host and property management. Had my entry code suddenly expire in middle of my rental stay-took 30 minutes of texting host (no response), then Vacasa calling property management (no response) to finally VRBO Care remotely resetting the code.

Great for ski getaway

We had a great stay for our ski getaway. Unit was very clean/modern. Check in instructions were very easy to follow. The condo is well appointed with the necessities. Like the location close to the grocery store and restaurants. You are only a few minutes away from anything you need. Only complaints are that the walls are very thin. We could hear conversations/music/tv from other units. The stairs/walkway to the entrance was covered with a sheet of ice making it challenging to get in/out of the unit.
