We are excited to offer this new listing in the heart of downtown Victoria!

The Stunning Heritage Suite features an open-concept layout, professionally designed to blend functionality with style and comfort while accentuating natural charms, such as the high ceiling and exposed brick. The Suite includes a cushiony queen-size Murphy bed in the main studio space with an additional Queen bed in the upper loft which is accessible by a ladder and a sofa bed in the living space that is great for an extra guest. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and other high-quality cooking essentials. Guests seeking a premiere location to enjoy all of what Victoria has to offer will find themselves in the heart of it all! Our lovely studio suite is spacious, bright and inviting. We are located in a vibrant and thriving part of the downtown core where lovely shopping boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops will surround you.

Guest Access:

𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬：Guests have access to the entirety of the space! We encourage you to treat it as you would your home.



𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬：Guest have shared access to the building's communal rooftop patio with some of Victoria's most exclusive and amazing views.



Getting Around:

Bus stop right out front of the condo, a short walk away. Local cabs are readily available, and we provide cab company names and numbers in our welcome book. We are a 5-minute cab ride from the CoHo ferry terminal. Our location is in the heart of downtown, so all amenities are within walking distance. Paid parking is available in the parkade across the street. The street is free 𝟴𝗽𝗺-𝟴𝗮𝗺.



Other Things to Note:

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴:

As this is a heritage building there is no parking on the premises. We recommend using the Bastion Square Parkade located right across the street (575 Yates Street). NOTE: Street parking and the parkade are free overnight from 𝟴𝗽𝗺-𝟴𝗮𝗺.



𝐏𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲：Our policy allows one small dog (under 20 Ibs) to stay in the suite upon our approval. Do not book before receiving approval for a pet. No cats allowed. 75$ pet fee added after confirmation.
