I chose this location because Center Street is the vibrant heart of Folly Beach—steps from the sand, surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and local hotspots. It offers the perfect blend of beach life and lively island energy, all within walking distance.

Designed with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen layout, this bright unit is perfect for families or small groups.

Living & Dining: Relax on the comfortable sofa or club chairs, watch the Smart TV, and enjoy meals at the high-top dining table. The sofa conveniently slides out into a twin bed to accommodate a 5th guest.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features everything you need for home-cooked meals (note: no dishwasher).

Sunny Side Down features two bedrooms, each one with a queen bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and a fan.

Outside, unwind with a drink on the private deck or enjoy the shared courtyard, complete with a full-size grill, comfortable lounge seating, and an outdoor shower. The fenced yard offers extra space to relax.

For your convenience, Sunny Side Down includes one designated parking space located just across Center Street.
