Things to Note:


-One of the main building elevators is out of order for the foreseeable future. The Watercrest HOA given the timeline for the repair as the end of August. Due to this, there could be long wait times at the elevator-Parking: resort parking is $57 plus tax and 2 vehicles are allowed. Guests will register their vehicles and pay the parking fee directly at the resort.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 charge.
-This property is NOT pet friendly.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay. The owners do provide coffee filters for the coffee maker.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
