The primary bedroom features a king bed and a fully renovated ensuite bathroom with relaxing jet features. The second bedroom includes two bunk beds, perfect for families or groups, and the living room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 7 guests.
Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the private deck overlooking the marsh, or unwind on the patio with peaceful views of the Folly River. This spacious retreat is designed for comfort, with heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. With two full bathrooms, mornings are easy and convenient for everyone.
Located just a 2-minute drive (or less than a mile walk) to the public beach at vibrant Folly Beach, you’ll have quick access to sun, sand, and surf. The condo is also only a 15-minute drive to historic Charleston, where you can explore incredible dining, shopping, and cultural experiences. We chose our Folly Beach condo as a second home because it truly holds a special place in our hearts. It is 2 mins drive to the public exotic beach and within walkable distance. . We split our time between living there and hosting, and it’s been the backdrop for so many meaningful family memories.
My husband Kevin and our daughter Sophia especially love it—Sophia even learned how to swim and surf right there on the beach, which makes it even more special to us. It’s a place where we’ve laughed, relaxed, and grown together as a family.
We also love everything the area has to offer. Charleston is incredible for its food, charm, and history, and Folly Beach has such a fun, laid-back vibe with family-friendly restaurants and plenty of beach activities to enjoy.
We’re excited to share our home with guests and hope you create just as many wonderful memories here as we have.

The neighborhood is a gated community with wonderful amenities for guests to enjoy. You’ll have access to a pickleball court, tennis courts, a pool, and a beautiful marina. One of the highlights is the marina area, where you can relax and take in some of the best sunsets. There’s also a floating dock where you can fish or catch crabs with your family, making it a fun and memorable experience for all ages

What makes our property unique is its perfect blend of location, views, and convenience. The condo is just 0.7 miles from the beach, making it an easy and enjoyable walk, with multiple beach access points all around Folly Island.
Guests love the sense of safety and the peaceful atmosphere of the area. One of the true highlights is the stunning marsh view—you can enjoy incredible sunsets right from the patio and balcony, and even catch beautiful sunrises to start your day.
The condo is located on the third floor with elevator access, offering both comfort and convenience. It’s also just a short 15-minute drive to historic Charleston, where you can explore amazing dining, culture, and charm.
