Located in Denia, this welcoming villa offers 220 m² of space for up to 10 guests. You’ll find 5 bedrooms, a spacious and bright living room, 3 bathrooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens—one main kitchen with a dishwasher. There are 2 covered terraces on the ground floor and 2 terraces in the upstairs apartment.
The villa features Wi-Fi throughout, TV, washing machine, dryer, heating, air conditioning in the attic bedroom and living room, and fans in the other rooms.
Outdoors, you can unwind in the garden, enjoy the pool with Montgó views, or simply relax. The barbecue area provides an ideal spot for outdoor dining. All in a cozy setting that will make you feel at home.
Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Self check-in is possible for your convenience. High chair and crib are available upon request. Events are not permitted.
