The Space:

This open and airy two-bed/two-bath home sits 1,000 feet above sea level, offering cool breezes and incredible ocean and sunset vistas from the lanai. On warm days, enjoy the extra benefit of a fully centralized air-conditioning system - an uncommon perk in the area. Enjoy access to the nearby Waikoloa Golf Course, where you will receive a discounted rate.



Sit back and relax in the welcoming living area, furnished with two comfy sofas (one of which is a queen sofa bed) and two armchairs. Watch movies on the 48-inch TV with cable and a DVD player. The well-equipped and modern kitchen features granite countertops and upgraded appliances - including a stainless steel refrigerator and a five-burner electric stove. A large center island provides plenty of counter space for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table.



The primary bedroom features a 32-inch TV and a sitting area for two. A set of French doors leads out onto the lanai. The en suite bathroom provides a double vanity, luxurious jetted tub, and walk-in shower with two shower heads. The second bedroom has a sitting area with two chairs and a TV. A second bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.



This lovely home is surrounded by lush green landscaping. Spend relaxing afternoons on the private lanai. Prepare the catch of the day on the gas grill and dine alfresco at a table with seating for six. An additional lounger is a perfect spot for curling up with a good book.

Okay stay.

The house is more run down than it appears on the photos. There is no unobstructed view of the ocean and there is no way to lock the door that separates the living space from the shared laundry space which is a safety concern. The downstairs neighbor was nice but still a concern. I would also double check that all of the doors are locked. Two of the wooden doors upstairs were also unlocked upon our arrival. Overall, it served its purpose, but I probably would have chosen another stay if the photos had accurately represented the home.

While we are glad the home served its purpose, we apologize for the concerns you experienced regarding the home's condition, obstructed ocean view, and the unlocked doors upon arrival. We have shared your feedback on the home's condition with the owner. We regret that you felt that way, as we believe the home is not run-down. We appreciate your insights and will keep them in mind for future improvements. Regarding the door security, our maintenance team went to assess the concerns and confirmed that the door to the shared laundry room is, in fact, able to securely lock from inside the main home, so that the downstairs occupant is not able to access it when it is in the locked position. We value your insights as they help us improve, and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a better experience in the future.

All the amenities listed worked well. The views of Haleakala in Maui, Moana Los and Mauna Kea were outstanding.There was a problem with a water leak with the refrigerator near the end of our which Vacasa responded immediately and will address.One suggestion is to add more pillows especially if you have the max of 6 people.

Awesome stay

The unit was very clean and located in a nice neighborhood. The inside was spacious and came with everything we needed. The best part was the sunsets in the evening.

Lots of space, very clean, comfy bed, great view, quiet neighborhood and a well stocked kitchen. They also had two beach chairs and some other beach equipment. I would definitely stay here again. Sunsets were gorgeous!

Great rental!

This was a beautiful home with lovely views of the sunsets and ocean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Everything went smoothly and it was even better than I expected. There is a nice village nearby with lots of dining possibilities.

Beautiful Waikoloa

Beautiful place - very quiet and peaceful. It was well stocked with anything you would need. Place was bigger than we expected. Tenant downstairs was very friendly and helpful in telling us sights to see and how to get there. Would recommend this house.

Waikoloa Village Retreat

The weather was perfect for 35 days and we barely needed the A/C because of the breeze. There were a couple small issues with the house but the management team dealt with them promptly.

Well stocked and comfortable home

The house is well located (about 15 minutes from the beaches & 10 minute walk to groceries/coffee). It's also very well furnished and has an amazingly well stocked kitchen (every utensil you could possibly need). It's got a lovely view and is comfortable with AC & fans. This stay was perfect for our family, and we'd definitely consider coming back again.

Great Views, Fully Stocked

Kitchen is probably the best stocked we've seen in any vacation rental, and there is a beach umbrella and other items to use. Had a great view of Maui/Haleakala, the ocean, Mauna Loa and the Kohala Mountains. Dryer takes 2 cycles to dry, and the driveway is a little funky, but other than that we had a great stay. Loved the balcony.

Perfect home away from home in Waikoloa.

Our family loved the location of this quaint home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was centrally located for traveling around the island and a lovely grocery store and gas station just outside the neighborhood. The kitchen and lanai were favorite aspects of the home for our family of four. The kitchen was very well stocked and highly recommended for those that cook while on vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee and eating meals outdoors on the lanai. Great choice for those wanting a nice rental that’s not right on the beach, but close enough.
