Recently renovated 3BR/2BA ranch, in one of St. Louis's most sought-after neighborhoods. Light-filled, hardwood throughout, sunny on every side. Long living room with smart TV and a dedicated workspace; full kitchen with island and appliances. In-unit laundry, generous storage, and a large fully fenced yard off the deck.

All three bedrooms are on one level. The primary is recently renovated, with a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and its own private full bathroom. A second bedroom has a single-over-double bunk, and the third has a queen. A second full bathroom serves those two rooms.

Downstairs, a full basement holds a in-unit washer and dryer and generous storage
