Very pretty and newer beach house. Location is right at the property entrance but no noise or traffic issues. Great beach chairs, tent and toys in the garage- so nice to not need our own. The property has a new manager and their communication was great. Excellent value for an expensive neighborhood!

Great location. Clean. Had everything we needed and more for our stay. Children enjoyed the beach toys and games in the house. Very close to beautiful beach.

The driveway was small for one large SUVs and a truck; however, the owner allows vacationers to access to the garage (which is unusual) for parking, which makes parking very manageable. Very helpful. Nice price. Wonderful accommodations.

The home was clean and well furnished, and worked well for our small group.However, I was frustrated with several things:*The internet was VERY slow! *The coffee pot [not the Keurig] had a broken handle; there was a note in the drawer from a previous renter about the coffee pot handle.*One of the sinks in the master bedroom drained VERY slowly!*The toilet paper holder in the bathroom at the top of the stairs came off the wall; it was loose when we got there.*We had a power surge when we first got there - Saturday morning - We found the breaker box and every switch on the left side of the panel had been tripped. We were able to get power back.*I tried calling the 1-800 number and was on hold for about 15 minutes and gave up. I tried sending an e-mail about the power and the coffee pot, but NEVER got a response... and we were there for 3 more nights.*Several pigeons seem to have built a nest in the rafters of the car port. They didn't bother anyone, but there were bird droppings all over the steps and the rails.
