Private: property (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, terrace, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 65 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Uns hat die Lage des Hauses und der tolle Panoramablick absolut begeistert. Voraussetzung ist allerdings, dass man die Abgeschiedenheit mag. Die Region eignet sich toll zum wandern, da wirklich mitten in den Bergen. Die Einrichtung mit antiken Möbeln hat uns jetzt nicht so gut gefallen (ist aber natürlich Geschmackssache). Ansonsten war alles da was man sich wünscht. Wir werden das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful area in Villa Collemandina

The house was located in a beautiful area with the most amazing nature. It has a breathtaking view over the mountains and is close to good restaurants as Il Pozzo and more. The house is very private, og the bedroomes are very nice. The host seems very nice, but doesn't speak any english. We only have a few downsides in our stay. The pool didn't get cleaned in our two week stay. You have to clean the pool yourselves 4-5 times a day because of bugs. Futhermore we got the wrong address. The house is in Villa Collemandina, not i Poggio. We had to be picked up by the host because we couldn't find the house. We also had to buy more kitchen equipment because the kitchen is poorly stocked and the dishes wasn't very clean. Bring ear plugs because there is a lot of dogs barking at night. Other than that we had a lovely stay, and the two terraces are magic! The little supermarket in town is just a five minute walk fra the house, and it has everything you need!

Unbedingt das Angebot des Vermieters annehmen für 15€ pro Person sich bekochen zu lassen – es gab sehr schöne traditionelle Antipasti und wirklich leckere Pizza!Sehr nette Vermieter, uriges Häuschen, schöner und sauberer Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung. Reisetipps: Die Sommerhitze war in dieser Region sehr gut auszuhalten. Ein etwas anderes Bild von Toskana: saftig grüne Wiesen, Obstbäume und viel Wald.

Super sauberes Häuschen schön ...

Super sauberes Häuschen schön wie eine Puppenstube. Toller Pool. Vermieter sprechen nur italienisch haben aber eine englisch sprechende nette Bekannte die persönlich vor Ort oder über Telefon dolmetscht. Zur Begrüßung gab es 2 riesige Pizzen, die man unter anderem auch bei den Vermietern bestellen kann. Wir wurden in den 2 Wochen mit Tomaten, Salat und Obst aus eigenem Garten verwöhnt. Danke für alles. Reisetipps: Ideal für Bergtouren, obwohl man nur von 500 auf ca. 1000m hochsteigt kommt man sich vorwie auf 2500m. Tolle Muli Pfade – wenn man nicht gerade Höhenangst hat. Eine Fahrt mit dem Defender durch die Steinbrüche von Carrara sind ein Erlebnis. Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio mit Selbstbedienungseisdielen, Märkten oder Strand muss man gesehen haben.

Insgesamt hübsche und gepflegt...

Insgesamt hübsche und gepflegte Unterkunft, was leider für den Pool nur bedingt galt. Das Wasser verfärbte sich wegen des Algen–wachstums zu Beginn der 2. Woche grün. Die Plastikstühle waren wegen der Sonnen–einstrahlung marode und brachen zusammen. Kommunikartion ist ausschließlich auf italienisch möglich. Reisetipps: Die letzten 50 km von Lucca bis zur Unterkunft erfordern wegen der vielen Kurven etwa 70min Reisezeit. Dies sollte man wissen, falls man mehrere Städte der Toskana ansehen möchte.Es gibt in nächster Nähe ausgezeichnet beschilderte Wandertouren!
