Do not be misled by the photographs. This villa looked wonderful online, but it was a huge disappointment when we arrived. The pool was covered with a tent, the sun lounger was dirty and unusable, the pool water feature was broken, and the garden had clearly not been maintained. The two bikes advertised with the property were unsafe, with broken brakes and flat tyres. The condition of the house was equally poor. It was dirty throughout, tiles were missing from the shower, the cold tap was broken, kitchen utensils were almost non-existent, and the bathroom door would not close or lock.Attempts to resolve these problems were frustrating. The host spoke no English, making communication nearly impossible. The agent was no help whatsoever, provided false advice, and ultimately refused to issue any refund. This was one of the most disappointing holiday rentals we have experienced. You have been warned.
