We are thrilled to host you! Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay. Please take a moment to read through our house book which contains important information about our home, including rules and safety guidelines.

House Rules and Regulations

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Please let us know in advance if you require flexibility with these times.

Pool Use and Safety:

The pool is available from 8 am to 6 pm.
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times near the pool.
No diving or running around the pool area.
Please shower before entering the pool.
Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area.

Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.

No Parties or Large Gatherings:
Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. The maximum number of guests allowed in the house should not exceed the number of beds.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts safely.

Damage Policy:

We understand that accidents happen but any damages to the property or its contents should be reported immediately.

Safety and Legal Advice

Ensure you familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
In case of a fire, exit the house immediately and call 112.
Do not leave candles or any open flames unattended.
Be aware of local laws and regulations, especially regarding noise and public conduct.

Departure Checklist

Please ensure you leave the house tidy.
Lock all doors and windows.
Turn off all lights and electrical appliances.
Leave keys in the designated area.

The apartment A005 is located in block A on the ground floor and equipped with a key box. The code will be available for you around 2 hours before check-in time.

1. Taxis are available at Larnaca Airport. The journey to Mythical Seas Apartments is about 45 minutes to an hour.
2. We recommend confirming the fare before starting your journey

We also can arrange for your airport pickup and return at additional cost, in this case please contact us minimum 7 days before your arrival. Additional Cost occurs.
