Spread across 170 sqm of living space on one level, the finca combines Mallorcan charm with modern comfort and plenty of tranquility. It offers space for up to six guests – perfect for families or groups of friends. Three spacious double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ensure both comfort and privacy. Enjoy sweeping views over the landscape all the way to Playa de Muro, relax by the pool, or spend sociable evenings under the stars – all yours to enjoy in total privacy.

Inside, the finca welcomes you with bright, stylishly furnished rooms and thoughtful details. The cozy living area features a Smart TV and board games for relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator. For special culinary moments, a Teppanyaki grill plate and wine fridge are also available. Families with small children will appreciate the baby cot and high chair (available on request). Air conditioning and heating in every room ensure a pleasant stay all year round.

The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired: a large pool with unobstructed views, comfortable sun loungers with awning, a covered dining area, a cozy outdoor lounge, and a fully equipped summer kitchen with BBQ station all create the perfect island vibe. A separate laundry area with washing machine is also provided.
