We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay. This home does not have any HABs but there is a queen airbed located in the laundry room for the final 2 people in the group, for a total of 12. We hope that you will come back and visit us again soon.

Thank you for your feedback Kathryn. First and foremost, please know that our staff is available 24/7 by email and or phone. We have staff that is on call in the event something happens after hours. We have reviewed are VRBO messages, our daily log and our phone logs and we have no correspondence from you regarding the items not working. We will forward that information to the proper department so that it can be looked at. We do have a call from you regarding check in. Unfortunately, our housekeeping staff was overwhelmed on the day of your arrival. When you called, we were very concerned and dispatched EVERY AVAILABLE housekeeping as they became available to get you into your home as quickly as possible. It does say in your contract that during peak seasons, your home will may not be ready until 5 pm. This was the timeframe during your stay. Finally the home does specifically say the location of the foosball and ping pong table. It reads "There is a 3-car garage, which houses sleds, a ping pong table and a foosball table". So sorry that you felt we didn't relay that information. Additionally, you are always more than welcome to call us so we would have gladly brought out a space heater for you to assist with the heat in the garage so you could enjoy some family competition. We hope you come back to Sunriver soon.

Thank you for your feedback. The last Sunset staff member was in the home during the morning hours, so it is unclear who the Sunriver person is that you spoke to. We provided your group early access to the home after you attempted to get into the home before check-in time and found that your code was not activated yet. You did not mention anything about the garbage in any of the phone calls you made to the office requesting items. After each call, our staff brought you every item that you requested as well as addressed any issue that you may have mentioned. Each phone call ended on a positive note. Our staff member had to disassemble the garbage disposable to remove the fresh potato peels and eggs. Unfortunately, there wasn't any discussion about your other concerns, nor did you mention any need for compensation until you wrote a review.
