Thank you for staying with us, and for completing a review! We were happy to host you and your group. We are so glad to hear that you had a nice stay. Apologies that the Purgatory Ski Resort's Maintenance team did not inform us, or you, about the work they were doing in the nearby unit which directly affected you. We have discussed with them that they need to inform us of this type of work in the future, so that we can notify our guests before they arrive. We look forward to having you stay with Vacation Rental Collective again in the future!

Thank you for leaving feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. I don't think it's legal to not have access to stairs in case of an emergency... so please always feel free to call us if you are having trouble locating them and we are happy to help! It was an absolute pleasure to host you and your group for a ski trip and we hope to host you again soon!

Thank you for leaving a review! We really appreciate the feedback. Thank you for letting us know about the old skillets and needing more bowls because we were happy to provide those for you. We completely agree that the bathrooms need to be remodeled and have passed along this recommendation to our homeowner. While it is a little more outdated, for now it allows it to be a really affordable option. We hope to get them updated soon! Other than that, it was a pleasure to host you and we hope you come stay with us again soon!

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the refrigerator during your stay. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it impacts the quality of your food. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please always call us as it can often be solved by turning down the temperature of the fridge and we can assist you in doing so.. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we can address the issue promptly. We're glad you had a good stay otherwise and hope we can host you again in the future.

Thank you for the feedback! It was a pleasure to host you and we are glad you enjoyed this condo and the Purg area :) I'll have our housekeeping team take a look at the condition of the sheets. We may just need to replace them as I'm sure they were cleaned. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope you choose Premier Vacation Rentals again in the future!

Thanks for your feedback. The elevator control board went out during the guest stay and was fixed over Labor Day weekend. Fortunately, access to the building is on the 3rd floor so only one flight of stairs was required.

Thanks for the feedback. An email containing the directions and access information is sent the day the property is booked along with the Reservation Confirmation. Specific to this guest, it was emailed on June 30 when the reservation was made and the email was then forwarded on July 9 when the guest was not able to find the original email and contacted us. We always answer our phone and respond to emails timely if guests have questions or problems or need any type of assistance. It is our standard procedure not to contact guests during their vacation (its one of the many reasons guests choose vacation rentals vs. a hotel room). The condo is very affordable for the very reasons mentioned.

Such great guests! We hope you enjoyed yourself and use Durango Premier Vacation Rentals the next time you are searching for a vacation rental. It would be our pleasure to host you again any time.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed your Christmas vacation at the condo and appreciated the location and well-outfitted kitchen. We truly value your suggestions and will carefully consider them to improve our guests’ experiences. Adding blackout curtains in the master bedroom is a great idea to enhance comfort, and we’ll address the shower curtain length to prevent water issues. Additionally, we understand the importance of streaming options and will explore upgrading the TVs to include smart features for future stays. Your insights help us provide the best possible experience, and we hope to welcome you back in the future with these updates in place. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us! -Mackey

Thanks for your feedback. Durango Mountain Resort manages the WIFI and I have passed on your comments to them.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
