Beautiful Family Friendly Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. It was difficult to get assistance with parking and in touch with someone left as we left some really expensive AirPods in the room. But the location and unit was wonderful.

Steps to the beach

The location and steps to the beach was perfect! The rooms were nice with the extra beds. Beds were ok, new beds are needed could feel the springs in back bedroom upstairs! The deck was different from the pictures. It was new and nice! A umbrella would have been great for shade. It was to hot to sit there in afternoon sun on deck for my disabled mom but we all enjoyed morning and evening out there. Parking was nice. I would stay here again!

Great location!

Our family had a great time in this condo. The location was great, feet from the beach, close to grocery stores etc. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Could use some TLC but for the location, it's worth it.

Great location , steps to the beach . Parking is not the best if you have more than 1 vehicle , but the location , cleanliness and beach access out weigh that by far .

Great location!

The cozy condo grew on us as the week went on. The master bedroom was huge and the closet was a perfect place for the kids to sleep on an air mattress. You can’t beat the view and convenience to the beach!

Perfect Location with a beautiful view.

The location of this property is wonderful. Walking straight from our back door to the beach just can't be beat. The property was clean. It could use some updating, but overall was great. We would stay here again.

Family Get away 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go to PC Beach, as a family, at least once a year. The location and beach access for this townhouse has been our favorite so far. It was so nice to be able to basically walk right down the stairs and out to the beach. This was ideal for traveling with little ones. The owners have made good use of the space, however the mattresses could use updating. There was a problem with the air conditioning, but Blue Swell brought us portable units until the problem affecting the whole complex was resolved, which was a little less than 24 hours. There were 11 of us, traveling in 4 cars, so that could have created an issue, but we were able to work it out with the office...that might not be the case in the middle of the busy season. We will definitely be back!

Nice size rooms, great location, great beach access. Fair price! Parking is tight, place is slightly dated, lower balcony small with very unstable chairs, upper balcony is awesome.

Perfect! Loved the place, love the beach!

I have tried to stay cleat of going to Destin or PCB due to the crowded beaches. This place was perfect. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all! The water was crystal clear. The views from both the decks were great. Close enough to drive to PCB but far enough away to avoid the large crowds and heavy traffic. Would book again in a heartbeat! Thanks again!

Overall great place

Love the location for sure and I've stayed at other units in here this one was the oldest by far. Needs updating and a deep cleaning. I only had 1 issue and it was taken care of right away. I love dealing with this company they are always helpful and quick to reply.
