Long Weekend

The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet area, but close to the vaporetto, shops and good restaurants. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Spacious apartment in Venice

We really had a great stay in Venice. The apartment is an easy walk to everything and in a nice quiet area. The 3 bedrooms gave plenty of room for our family. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had or helping us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend.

Loved our Stay

Great apartment. Off the beaten path but an easy walk to everything. Grocery and wine store a very short walk away. The water bus stop is also close by allowing you access to the other islands or St. Peter’s Square. Very pleasant sitting on the deck. Like all Venice locations there are stairs. Well appointed apartment and the air conditioning worked well.

Great place, great location

Great location for sightseeing, food and of course coffee and gelato. 2 doors down was a great coffee/pastry place for the morning, market right around the corner and the river just a short walk away. And yes, as the description of the unit says, there are quite a few steps to get to the place but it wasn't too bad. Host provided all kinds of recommendations and was very responsive. Overall, our family had a great time.

Beautiful apartment

We were a family of teenagers and one friend. This beautiful apartment was a fantastic place to stay. Spotlessly clean, quiet, well furnished, three bathrooms were a treat! Walkable to the major sights but also some more local cafes and gelato shops and Coops. The landlord was very friendly and when we had a problem with the key he was prompt in finding a resolution. All in all, highly recommended

Fun times in Venice!

Pietro was so helpful and kind. We had 3 couples in our group. The place was perfect. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The rooftop terrace is beautiful. We couldn’t utilize it to the fullest due to the rain. The apartment is perfect, in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. We all said if we return to Venice we would stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay while enjoying beautiful Venice!

Local Venice

Once we had WhatsApp the communication and check in were easy. The neighborhood is delightful : locals live there ,restaurants are good and people are friendly. Be ready to walk ! Pietro’s apartment at the top of the house is clean bright and comfortable. The terrace is charming.

a week in Venice

Very nice apartment in the Cannaregio district. The location was very convenient to the Madonna del' Orto stop for an easy connection to Marco Polo airport. The Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the deck was also pleasant to sit out on. Our host was helpful in helping us find resources such as banks, grocery stores etc. I would definitely recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

Très bel appartement, idéal pour découvrir Venise

L'appartement est très confortable, avec trois chambres spacieuses et trois salles de bains équipées d'un WC. L'appartement est idéalement placé dans un quartier calme et très agréable, à proximité des transports, restaurants et commerces. Pietro, le propriétaire, a toujours été disponible pour répondre a nos questions avec gentillesse.

Ruhige Stadtwohnung

In einer sehr ruhigen Seitengasse in Cannaregio gelegen. Gut geschnittene, großzügige Wohnung. Nahe dem Fondamente della Misercordia mit vielen Lokalen und lebhaftem Abend-oder Nachtleben. Besonders am Samstag sind hier sehr viele junge Leute unterwegs. Vom Parkhaus oder Bahnhof zu Fuß in 20 Minuten, mit dem Vaporetteo in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Tip: es gibt viele Mücken, deshalb ist es sinnvoll, man hat Mückenschutz parat.

Venezia im November 2019 mit Hochwasser

Sehr praktische und schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung im dritten Stock mit Balkon. Unsere Beanstandung wegen fehlenden Lichts im Treppenhaus (kapputte Glühbirne) sowie fehlenden Nachttischlämpchen wurden sofort behoben, trotz Hochwassers. Dass wir täglich Gummistiefel voll Wasser und nasse Hosen bis über die Knie bekamen war für uns als Touristen ein abenteuerliches Erlebnis, für die Venezianer jedoch eine Katastrophe ... Umso dankbarer waren wir für die Wohnung im dritten Stock, wo wir die nassen Sachen trocknen und gemütlich an der Wärme unser Abendessen kochen konnten.

Helle großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick über die Dächer von Cannaregio

Wir haben zu Dritt eine knappe Woche in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Für uns war es optimal, da jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, der wahre Luxus! Die Kommunikation - vor, während und am Ende des Aufenthaltes - mit Pietro und seiner Familie hat immer sehr gut geklappt. Am Anfang hatten wir ein technisches Problem mit der Heizung, das umgehend - trotz Feiertag - von einem Handwerker behoben wurde. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet: wir konnten einige Male kochen: Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Tassen, Gläser und Besteck sind reichlich vorhanden. Nur eine Teekanne hat uns gefehlt. Am Abreisetag durften wir unser Gepäck im Haus lassen, da unser Zug erst am Nachmittag fuhr. Last but not least: uns wurden Gummistiefel geliehen, weil es Hochwasser gab. Es war uns eine sehr große Hilfe! Herzlichen Dank dafür! Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Schöne und ruhige Wohnung

Wir haben zu sechst in der sehr schönen Wohnung eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Sie ist groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem und eher weich. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen bestückt, Salz u.a. muss man jedoch selbst mitbringen. Es ist schön ruhig, obwohl man zentral wohnt und sehr schnell in Restaurants, Supermärkte und zum Canal Grande bzw. zum Fondamente gelangt. Als wir mit der Waschmaschine nicht klarkamen, war nach 5 min jemand da, der uns half! Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gut. 3 Bäder, 3 Schlaferäume, Terasse um Wohnküche. Gute, neue Ausstattung. Für den Preis in Venedig kaum zu toppen. Ruhige Lage in abgelegenem Viertel. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Dito Bäckerei und Supermarkt.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die FeWo liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Venedig, so dass man sich nach einem Stadtbesuch sehr gut erholen kann. Auch nachts ist alles ruhig. Der Anschluss an das Vaporetto ist zu zwei Punkten sehr nah. Der Supermarkt ist auch 7 Min entfernt. Alles in allem eine Super-FeWo. Auch die Vermieter haben ideal auf unsere immer wieder sich neu verzögernde Anreise reagiert. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und … wir kommen wieder dort hin.

Authentic Italian experience

We loved our stay in this lovely apartment, which was clean and spacious. It is in a lovely neighborhood that is off the beaten path, sheltering you from the hoards of tourists on the Grand Canal. However, it is easy to access all of the main tourist sights by foot and vaporetto. We really enjoyed being part of an authentic neighborhood filled with bustling eateries and locals. There is a lovely grocery within 10 minutes and several good restaurants. Would definitely recommend this apartment to all of our friends. My only complaint is that the week we visited the highs were in the upper 80s and the air conditioning did not really effectively cool the apartment. We slept with he windows open, which allowed the cool night air to cool off the apartment, but unfortunately suffered the wrath of mosquitoes, which we had not anticipated. Small price to pay for a Dream vacation to Venice.

Beautiful getaway!

This beautiful condo is located in a quiet, very accessible area of Venice. The balcony was a real treat. Accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Pietro communicated well and quickly. Very helpful to answer any questions. Be prepared for the 3 flight of stairs and some warmer temperatures but over all, this condo was extremely enjoyable! I would stay here again for sure!! Loved it and loved Venice!

alles sehr schön, sehr empfehlenswert

Eine schöne, sehr ruhige Wohnung (nur von den venezianischen Möven beeinträchtigt), sehr gute Betten in den Schlafzimmern und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. 3 neue Duschbäder sind natürlich ein Traum, deutsche Nutzer vermissen möglicherweise Ablagen und Haken. Die beiden Klimaanlagen kamen bei 33° tagsüber und mind. 26° nachts an ihre Grenzen. Sehr erfreulich war die zuverlässige Abholung vom Vaporetto mit unkomplizierter Wohnungs- und Schlüsselübergabe sowie das vertrauensvolle Mietende. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
