注：8階と9階の二重になっており、所有者は9階に住んでいて8階を借りますが、2階と各階を正面玄関に分離する内部ドアがあります。 プライバシーは完全です。

Everything was wonderful! The spot with the public transportation nearby was especially wonderful! I would recommend it! The kitchen is really wonderful for people who are looking for cooking place.

Ana and Filipe are wonderful hosts! Very responsive and easy to connect with!We stayed for an entire month here. The apartment has a LARGE living/dining room and a good sized and well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is a bit tight, and it has 2 single beds pushed together. Like all houses, it has its quirks; you can have a stove fan and light, or hot water, but not both at the same time!The neighbourhood is VERY residential, and quite limited for restaurants, so you can expect to eat in a lot, and it's great for that. The balcony is small but quite nice with a small table big enough to eat dinner at. Plus, there's a Pingo Doce grocery store right across the street!This apartment is fantastic for longer stays, especially of you are using Lisbon as a base and travelling around. It's centrally located (NOT "downtown") literally right at a metro station, and you can be at any of the Oriente, Sete Rios or the Campo Grande bus/train terminals in about 15 minutes (and the airport's just 5 minutes further on the metro, too). In fact, it's quicker to get to any of those than to get to the Baxia/Chiado, Alfama or Cais do Sodre areas. Consider this if you're looking at a short stay; most of the normal "tourist" sites are not nearby – but they are easy to get to.Despite being on the 8th floor (with an elevator right outside the door), the views aren't amazing, though the balcony view of the Vasco de Gama bridge (and the sound of the birds at sunrise and sunset) is pretty nice.

Ovetall a great location, an excellent and informative host. Having a laundry and a dishwasher was brilliant, plus a supermarket across the road. The Metro was a few steps away. A perfectly located place to stay just out of the real touristy areas.

Excellent séjour

Felipe nous a accueillis en personne et nous a accompagnés et orientés vers l'appartement.L'intérieur est de bon goût et il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Il y a une bouteille de vin et d'eau comme un accueil.L'emplacement est pratique : un supermarché est situé de l'autre côté de la rue et il y a une station de métro / bus à 5 minutes à pied.Felipe est très utile pour les questions.Excellent hôte!

Apparemment très agréable et securitaire. Très bien équipé. Silencieux avec vue sur le Tage. Près du métro, excellent pour les transports. Epicerie à deux pas. Filipe parle très bien francais et très accueillant. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines très agréables. Nous recommandons très fortement.

Couldn't have asked for a better location!

WOW! The location was ideal! The hosts were super-fantastic and accommodating. The neighborhood has a lot to offer(grocery, subway, buses, shops, parks,etc.). Strongly recommend walking to the Fountain (go to circle and follow sign to Alameda). Contrary to some reviews about the beds, we loved them! Most certainly would stay here again (may be for longer next time!). We found the unit well-equipped for cooking, sleeping, and living while in Lisboa.

Like staying with friends

The hosts were fantastic. Very helpful. We were confused finding the right apartment complex. But, they were great in clarifying instructions and checking us in. The location is great!! It's right by one of the metro stops. So, it's easy to get to city center, airport, and train lines. The community is nice and friendly. A great pastry shop (Charlot) just by the Ramada on the corner. The Fonte Luminosa is within walking distance and is gorgeous at night. The apartment itself was very nice for the price. Great amenities. We're a family of 3. Bedroom w/two twin beds pushed together and daughter on a twin in the living room was perfect. The views were great from the balcony and you could hear the city sounds 24-7. Note to young families - the balcony and windows don't have screens so be careful with younger children and "climbers". There is a small greenbelt on one side of the apartment complex with a huge tree that houses so many birds. You get a wonderful serenade in the evenings and mornings. It was just beautiful. The beds were firm, so if you like that you'll sleep great. There is a grocery store right across the street, so getting supplies for our stay was a breeze. Everyone knows English (to an extent). So with our simple Portuguese (to at least show we're trying) and people's English skills we did just fine at the local shops. Overall, we highly recommend this quaint little apartment for older families and adults. We hope to be back soon.

Diese Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen. Warum? Ana, die Besitzerin, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, gleich einige Tipps für die U-Bahn, Restaurants in der Umgebung, dem Chinesen, den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Einkaufs -Rabattkarte übergegeben, etc.. Daraufhin haben wir zwei Flaschen Wein für € 0,17 im gegenüberliegenden Supermarkt bezahlt. Übrigens: Im Kühlschrank gab es eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Tolle Geste. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür, der Chinese um die Ecke, Buffet für € 6,50 für to go. Wein € 10,95. Die guten Verbindungen per U-Bahn oder Bus. LINIE 720, Linie 736, etc., zu allen interessanten Orten der Stadt. Einfach TOP. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser tollen Wohnung gefühlt . Wonderful Apartment and Hosts!!

My husband and I stayed in this immaculate apartment. The kitchen is 100% equipped. We enjoy cooking and we were not short of any utensils! Apartment is fully stocked and truly feels like home away from home. Very safe too. Supermarket is right across the street and the metro is in the same block as our building. Metro is extremely easy to navigate. Filipe and family are 100% committed as hosts. Very accessible, flexible, friendly, polite, kind, quick to respond and very well organized with maps, recommendations, etc. Check-in and check-out was very easy, and again very flexible (needed to check in earlier and out later, and they accommodated us!) Because of our long stay, we had a cleaning lady come in once a week to change towels, bedsheets, clean, etc. which was a nice touch. The concierge in the lobby was very nice too, friendly and extremely polite. I recommend this apartment 100%, and if we return to Lisbon, we will definitely be knocking on this door again! Thanks Filipe and family!
